Good breakfast and excellent dinner. Staff in all areas were courteous, friendly and helpful. we were made to feel welcome from the start.
The bar areas retain that country pub feel whilst the bedrooms are well equipped with all modern amenities.
It was just great as it is.

The staff were friendly and I enjoyed the supper I had in the pub. I also had a good breakfast.
There was no heating on in my room, and I couldn't turn any of the radiators/towel rail on, so I was cold. I had no drinking water, no milk for tea, and no promised biscuit on the tea tray.

Great location in beautiful surroundings. Nice bar and lovely restaurant.
Nothing to dislike. Room on the small side but clean and comfortable.

We needed to have a very early departure for some of our party and this was accommodated with very little fuss.
The shower in room 4 needs the temperature regulator looking at as was impossible to get it right, either burning hot or too cold. The water temperature in taps was extremely hot. I should have told management but were rushing to a venue in the morning.

Location, the views, the staff and the food were superb. Room size and amenities were excellent.
Car park not very secure for motorcycles.

The staff were great, the food was lovely and the pub was cosy, clean and welcoming.
The rooms. We stayed in room 7 and although the room was pleasant there was a very unpleasant smell from the bathroom. We were moved to room 6 on the second night which was another lovely room, however it was very hot as we were over the kitchen and when we opened the window to let some air in the cooking fumes from the extractor directly underneath filled the room which was very over powering.

The room was very nice apart from black mould round bath. The lady who greeted us was very pleasant.
The price was £135 and told if not booked through booking.com would be cheaper.
Only fish & chips for dinner, not informed of this.
Kippers for breakfast, one very very small fillet!
Not thanked in response for being honest in telling staff had not charged for £27 bottle of wine.
