The manager moved us to lovely room which is why the rating is so much better than it would have been. We loved the breakfast, the second room and the swimming pool
We got trapped in the lift, the receptionist was incompetent and the first room had no hot water, and the door handle came off in your hands.

I have no breakfest. There were no special thinks to thank for.
Staff had been lazy and unserious.

location was good
Hotel is looking very tired with limited facilities with a large bathroom and tiny fixed type shower.Everything worked.
Staff have limited English but try to be helpful.
Location has dramatically changed in 10 years and post covid has seen many changes with location now catering more for tourists principally from China

Its location near the beach and the boardwalk is the best...!!!
Nothing to say.

poor knowledge of staff; poor internet
4.0 / 10.0
Location
Personnel do not speak good English, breakfast is average, furniture is old, not really clean room, value for money not satisfactory
8.0 / 10.0
Location was very close to the beach. We had a unexpected 1 night stop as no ferries were running due to high winds.
The room was spacious with 2 double beds and large bathroom.
The room had a water cooler for large bottle instead of small plastic bottles, great idea for saving plastic.
We had a look at the pool, clean with sun loungers. Just lots of noise from the building works next door and across the street.
Breakfast was chosen from the menu and served. Some Covid restrictions were still in place.

Everything
Shower head did not shoot water, the drain shower area was very slow to where the water almost flood the area.
Unsure about very load noise from cleaning and breakfast people moving chairs.

We stayed in the ocean view room which was amazing. The Aristocrat Hotel is a typical Cambodian style boutique hotel, and nothing was ever a problem for the concierge - they organise our taxi and ferry to our next destination. The shower was in the main room beside the balcony doors.
The pool is great, though I do note you need to bring your own drinks (which they’re fine with as long as you don’t make a mess).
Tip: whilst there is no bar at the hotel just down the road (two doors down) is a cool little bar called Yasmine which was great

Very good reception team. Help me a lot.
The room was under the kitchen and it was very very noisy between 6am to 12pm so every morning I awake very early

Nice hotel, nice room, close to beach

Friendly staff, nice breakfast
the reason I stayed here was because I thought it was next to the ferry terminal that goes to Ko Rong. The ferry terminal location has now changed. I wouldn’t have chosen this accommodation if I’d known this

good recently built hotel, breakfast was good, bed was comfortable, staff were good
I last stayed in the area 3 1/2 years ago, the location of the hotel used to be in the best spot at Ocheteal but is now in the midst of a building site. most of the the other buildings in the area have been knocked down and are in the process of being rebuilt

helpful staff, near the beach
thumping noise outside my room but staff did change room for me.

it’s modern and clean. location is pretty good.
The breakfast was terrible. We ordered English breakfast and rice congee. Both were terrible and we didn’t finish them. We went across the road and up the hill to a restaurant for breakfast and espresso coffee.
Build quality was poor and for example the glass door on the balcony was on the outside so could be lifted out or even blow out if a storm created a low pressure area. The locks on the door weren’t worthy of the name so anyone climbing across from an adjacent room could easily bypass them.
The view from our sea view room was nice but mostly blocked by the adjacent building.

Extremely good service. The rooms were large and clean. Mr. Wei is a very high level manager. He takes care of guests at all time. Maintains constant personal contact with them. He can assists for everything!
The bathrooms are worn out and are in need of repair. The windows in the shower cubicles have turned yellow
