Mediocre cheap hotel 3/5

The pool is really cool with its view over the city and beach. Rooftop bar is nice too

Rooms without windows didn’t feel great , staff were a bit obnoxious at the front reception and didn’t feel welcoming when we arrived. Bed was very springy and not so comfortable

Eine Oase in einer hektischen Stadt.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit einem wahnsinnig schönem Wellnessbereich. Das Essen ist lecker und preiswert. Das Personal ist sehr fürsorglich. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit und haben die Skybar incl. den Pool ausgiebig genutzt.

Couldn’t be happier with my stay.

Great property and facilities. The rooftop pool was lovely and had great views. Food was good too. I came and needed to pick up some medication and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. They had one of their drivers take me to a pharmacy, wait and take me home, all free of charge.

Wel oké maar sihanoukville was vreselijk maar daar kan het hotel niets aan doen

De ligbedjes bij t zwembad, het restaurant was oké en het personeel supervriendelijk en behulpzaam

Het bed, de matras met oude springveren, een keer draaien en de rest deed mee. De toiletpot stond achter de douchedeur in de douche, niet echt handig als je droop naar de wc wil

Very nice hotel, staff very keen to communicate with guests, shame about the town.

The property was so clean and so well looked after, the staff were very attentive, and looked after guests very well. The sheets were the nicest whitest I have seen in a hotel so far this trip.

The property was fine, but the surrounding area leaves a lot to be desired, the whole of Sinhokville needs a good clean up, disappointing beaches.

Weird but beautiful hotel

Staff really does not speak any English at all! We asked for a pen and paper from the waitress and she brought a pineapple shake, :-) Hotel is 95 percent empty, which creates a very strange atmosphere.

Exceptionnel, très luxueux

La gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel, le service bagagerie. Nous avons été surclassés sans frais pour une chambre spacieuse (55m2), le skybar avec piscine sur le rooftop et le repas été vraiment bon !

Pas grand chose, il faut juste penser à faire la poussière au-dessus de la bar de douche.

Good value for money, gorgeous pool, perfect for a night's reset.

Room - Lovely spacious room, really nice interior, powerful shower, comfortable bed, good wifi, nice robe and slippers. Free water on check-in, and in room. Pool - really nice, large, rooftop pool. Free water at pool area. Great view all around, and for sunset. Staff - helpful and good english. [Location - no idea, we didn't leave the hotel until we went to the airport.]

- We were relaxing by the pool, and they put some music on, but then they turned it up so loud that we left and went back to the room to relax. It was like they were trying to get a party started, but there were literally 3 people around the (large) pool, (one of which was on a phone call too....). - They put us in a room next to the service lift which I thought was a strange decision as the hotel didn't seem even nearly full - we could hear it but it didn't impact our sleep. - We asked to organise a taxi to the airport which they told us would be $25(!!! Grab was around $10, so we just did that instead). - Not a down point, just something to note: They ask for $10 on check-in as a deposit.

This property smells SO bad. It’s like cigarettes and cheap air freshener. The smell is everywhere even room and gets into your clothes. It is not in a great location, slum area. Also, they advertise an airport shuttle but did not have one and called a taxi that charged $30 when it should have been closer to $15-20. On top of that the driver did not know how to get to the airport so I had to use google maps to get there. Only book here if you have no choice.

Regretted not stay longer in Sihanoukville

Everything was great, Service was the best, very friendly and professional staff. The room was amazing, no view from the room, window was small but that was Ok as the room was big, I felt very comfortable, with everything that you need. It was pouring rain that day and I was so happy that I picked this gem. I went to their sky lounge and the restaurant was amazing, especially at night time when dining in, the view was absolutely gorgeous, especially on a dark rainy night, cocktails were good.

The Shower was clocked I believe so when I had a shower there was stagnating water but I am sure if I said anything they would’ve fixed it or change room. I just couldn’t be bothered and my purpose was not to spend my time in the bathroom. But please make sure showers are ok because some clients might be very picky.

sky bar and restaurant were great, the staff were really lovely. the rooms were clean and comfortable.

the location wasn’t great but you are only $1 - $2 tuk tuk ride from anywhere.

Large room. Nice bathroom. Comfortable bed. Wifi reasonable.Roof bar has nice overview of city. Friendly staff at restaurant.

Reception arranged a far too expensive taxi for airport. 20x more expensive than alternative grab! The hotel seemed empty, nobody during evening and breakfast in restaurant.
