Muy poco amigables Y Carente de servicio al Cliente

Cuando llegamos solo nos entregaron una llave porque no había mas en existencia, la cual solo funcionaba para el 4 piso donde estaba nuestra habitación, al llegar a nuestra habitación el aire acondicionado estaba Goteando además de que en el techo estaba con moho, todo los cajones estaban inchados y no cerraban, la manija que abre y cierra del Baño se desprendió, afortunadamente no nos quedamos encerrados en el baño, todo el hotel le falta mantenimiento, solo hay una sola maquina de hielo y esta en el 3 piso, y para ir por el hielo solo lo puedes hacer por las escaleras ya que la llave que nos dieron estaba programada para el piso 4, no tiene aire acondicionado en le Lobi, se respira un ambiente de desconfianza como si les preocupara mas que como huéspedes fuéramos a dañar el hotel, en lugar que la experiencia fuera placentera y que esto te motivara a recomendar el Hotel y sus servicios.

Dissappointing

In general the staff was friendly and courteous.

The property is in general state of disrepair. So much so it made me feel a bit sad regarding what the property might have been like sometime in the past. Another observation- the toilets in the lobby restrooms all lacked toilet seats. Seatless toilets are ubiquitous in public restrooms but in the lobby of a Holiday Inn property? I requested a single bed room. I got two double beds. The woman that checked us in neglected to tell us where the room was located and where the elevators were located. Finally the first night of our stay the hotel hosted some sort of event. Early in the evening there was raucous noise coming from the the rooms adjacent to our room- music, yelling and crashing sounds. In knew when the event started because that was when the loud music thundered throughout the property and it continued until 2am.

More communication between Holiday Inn and Booking

The service at the hotel was excelent, the room was clean and confortable.

When I arrvied at the hotel the reservation was not registered, it took almost one hour to provide me a room. I also made change in my reservation from 3 days to two. The hotel informed I needed to contact Booking for approval. I thinkl this should be automatic.

Total Disappointment compare Holiday Inn's standard

Old hotel not well maintain. Bleached paints, traces of moisture with odor. Sea view not at all as expected, lateral view on the beach, on the roads and town not on the sea.

There is a misunderstanding regarding ocean view rooms. Some of them face the road and you can see a portion of the ocean and according to them, this is a room with a sea view. Which clearly was not. Ask for an ocean view if you are renting for it on booking or you will need to clarify the situation.
