The setting of the property is beautiful; the grounds are pristine and the views are very serene. The on-site manager, Delisa, was a delight and very helpful. When we showed her, per Booking.com, that our breakfast was supposed to be included, she cooked for us (for a fee).
Per Booking.com, breakfast was included in the price of the room. Upon our arrival, we were told that it was not and we had to pay extra for it. The manager seemed like she was caught in the middle since the owner was an absentee owner and did not include our breakfast even though it was advertised. The internet connection was very unreliable most of the time and made it so that I couldn't work successfully when I needed to. The bicycles that were on-site for guests to use had no back brakes, so we opted out. The location is beautiful but if you are a guest that likes to go in to town and/or explore the island, we suggest renting a car as taxis are pretty expensive and the fares are inconsistent between different drivers.

Lisa est très gentille.
Le prix inférieur aux établissements environnant.
Possibilité de laver le linge sur place.
Literie peu confortable.
Connexion internet téléphone ou wifi impossible dans notre logement.
20 minutes de la ville (mais des taxis/voitures passent régulièrement. Comptez 20 dollars par trajet)

The view was fantastic of the grounds and the ocean. It sits on a very lush, green property. The room is very large, has a great couch, kitchenette and table with chairs. The bathroom is a nice size too.

Owner and staffs are nice. Love the quiet and serenity of this place. Room is spacious and has everything you need.
Cooking facilities available in room.
There is a water filter for drinking water.
Distance from the maintown of Savusavu, could be inconvenient if you don't have a car. However there are buses passing by the lodge every now and then during day time so wasn't too bad for me.
No phone reception so you can't really make phone calls but there is wifi.

The location was idea as I needed to be close to Villa Mumu, the Bure was very spacious and comfortable with an outside balcony with a great view of the sea.
it wasn't a problem, but if I was to be over critical I would've preferred a stronger shower, but it was fine and the water temperature was warm enough

Location was a bit out of town, but there was a bus into town and taxis we're available.
There were a lot of mosquitoes, so we couldn't enjoy outside. It had been raining a lot, but there were also stagnant pools surrounding our Bure

Location, quietness and private space , close to the beach and in close proximity to savusavu town. The cottages were comfortable and spacious. Very friendly housemaid who also took time to check on us and our needs. Loved the fresh fruits provided every morning. Kids especially loved the activities available ..kayaking, snorkeling, bike rides etc. Close to Koro Sun and sandbar.
Faced with abit of water issues on the 2nd day, however resolved when rains came and refilled the tanks.
Quiet dark at night, so good to have more solar lights in the garden areas.

Vosa Ni Ua was a great mid-way stop on our cycle tour en route to Savusavu. Clark was so super-friendly and really made us feel at home. He lent us snorkelling gear, and really went out of his way to make sue we were comfortable. Thanks so much for the outstanding Kiwi hospitality!

Clark and Delisa were super helpful, friendly and relaxed. They did everything they could to meet our needs. The location of the property was amazing with a short walk to the beach. The room was very comfortable and clean with a huge bed and a fully equipped kitchen. Overall great value!
The wifi was a little spotty sometimes, but it did not bother us.

My wife and Iescaped from the busy work schedule and into Fiji time. There is a fish pond, coconuts, pawpaws, bananas, ,passion fruit and soursop. We have a nutri -bullet to make our smoothie and fruit juice. On new years day we had lovo on the beach with the staff. As guests we enjoyed our stay. The location was superb as the name Vosa ni Ua and we can hear the waves breaking up on the reefs at high tide. Nice beach to swim in and also white sandy beach.
Saying Good Bye to the place and staff.

The nice feeling of solitude being in the middle of nowhere....
Sink was very badly leaking (we had to use a pot to collect the water), you could feel the springs on the bed/very uncomfortable, there are no facilities on site ( no tennis or badminton court, no gym,...). The breakfast was fried corn with BBQ sauce....
and the closest bar advertised was closed ... it is about 600m away, otherwise the closest place is a very expensive resort 3km away.

Amazing location! Just over the road from a great snorkeling spot. Wonderful views and clean house.
I also enjoyed breakfast which was delivered to our room every day.
Stuff goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable! I was really happy with everything there.
Location is a bit far from the city and restaurants (there's nothing to do in the city except food). There was an option to get food delivered to us from the city (for a small fee) but we decided to arrange lunches and dinners ourselves.
