Welcoming Hosts

Our hosts were very warm and friendly. Chichester Cathedral, the Bishop's Garden, Fishbourne Palace and Tesco were within easy walking distance.

Wir verbrachten einige sehr nette Tage in dem hübschen Städtchen.

Geräumiges Zimmer, sehr sauber und ruhig. Großer Supermarkt gleich nebenan. Der Hausherr bot uns an uns mit Gepäck zum Bus zu bringen.

Saft und Joghurt zum Frühstück wäre nett gewesen.

Brilliant stay.

Hospitality was amazing, in fact so good we've booked again. The room was perfect, breakfast delicious and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent location with only a short walk into Chichester.

A friendly, well-run B&B with a thoughtful couple hosting.

My room, bed, shower and outlook were all very good. Breakfast had a good range of choices and my hosts were keen that I enjoyed my stay.

There’s nothing I can think of which could be improved.

Good value for money. Good location. Great breakfast and very nice owners!

Great breakfast. Very nice owners. Good location with free parking. Room was clean with coffee/tea facilities. Good value for money.

Room was a bit small for two people. The wifi password needs to be changed to something easier. I failed to get it right even after trying several times!

Great short stay

Comfortable home from home. The owners were friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking, clean throughout, breakfast was lovely. Good location to walk into the city centre and easy to get about to explore the area.

A nice short stay that went too quickly

A very spotless room , with nice shower. Good breakfast, and great location for visiting Chichester and the aread. Very helpful and friendly hosts, and we hope to return again in the future.

Very good

The hosts were very kind and caring. Everything was spic and span. Good breakfast. Coffee, tea etc. in the room and extra in the hallway if you needed some more. Beautiful bathroom with interesting shower head. Ample parking. I would definitely recommend this B&B. Our room was relatively small. That is OK in itself, but it would have been nice to have had a small seating area for guests in the garden. Especially when you decide after an active day, to stay at the accommodation for the remainder of the day. Of course I understand that the hosts value their privacy.

Very good, very clean and friendly and we would stay again but in a front room.

It was immaculately clean, the hosts were very friendly and the breakfast was excellent.

We were at the rear so you could hear continual traffic noise from the A27. We would prefer a larger size bed.

Brilliant stay and would highly recommend.

Room was lovely, although being near the railway line you could hear the trains but was not too bad. Lovely friendly staff and very clean.

The timing for breakfast could have been extended to 10am as 8.45am for a bit too early for us on a Sunday.

Extremely friendly and helpful owners who take pride in providing a spotlessly clean environment.

Excellent parking on the drive. Warm welcome and friendly engagement with owners throughout. Very clean and tidy room with ample wardrobe space. The en-suite bathroom facilities were equally spotless with an excellent roomy shower. Tasty breakfast provided with self-service access to replenish room refreshments throughout the day.

Nothing in particular. We had no objection to leaving our shoes in the shoe rack provided at the front door at the request of the owner. Some guest might, so it might be useful to provide guests with the type of bathroom slippers hotels often do.

Very enjoyable short stay. Would definitely recommend and consider for my next visit to Chichester.

Room was very clean, comfortable bed (I had an excellent night’s sleep), breakfast was excellent. Welcoming hosts. Hot shower. Water, tea/coffee and biscuits in the room.

These are minor points. 1. The kettle was too big for the small sink so it was difficult to fill it without tipping the water out again when I tried to get the kettle out of the sink! 2. The shower head was a bit low and couldn’t be raised any higher - would have been more of a problem for someone taller than me.

Spotlessly clean and very comfortable

Spotlessly clean and very comfortable accommodation run by friendly and helpful hosts. A quiet room overlooking the garden was a bonus as I have difficulty sleeping. Free parking onsite a bonus for Chichester.

Nothing really. The property is outside the town which is about a 20 minutes walk away. Not a problem for us but it may be for some. The passing bus service is not very frequent and finishes early evening.

Our third visit, comfortable and spacious bedroom with en suite. excellent location for Chichester and Goodwood. Great breakfast and lovely hosts. Plenty of parking space off the road.

Extremely clean and cosy

The owners were sooooo welcoming and friendly and warm. I felt like I was part of a small family straight away. Breakfast was delicious and fresh, and the place was cleaner than I've seen anywhere in the UK. The area and the entire house were very quiet especially at night (which I particularly appreciated). The walk into city centre is very pleasant.
