The staff was amazing. The room was decent size, ac was great, had a balcony, breakfast was amazing, 24 room service, safe area, in Gulshan district. Airport shuttle. Can't say enough about the staff. Shower was good size, water pressure good, lots of movie channels (in English)
It was pretty good overall honestly. Bathroom was small.

All crew and persons were very nice and kind. Location is very good for international airport. Open buffet was good at dinner. In general, everything was nice. The negativities I mentioned are not very important. I met Ms. Nasrin Akter who is the sales & marketing manager of the hotel. She was very kind and polite. Thank you for the nice conversation we had. I think it was nice that he came and talked like that and asked my opinion. It's a detail that makes the other person feel important. If I come to Dhaka again, it will be one of my priorities.
I expected there to be more western style options for breakfast but It was ok. I wish there were bathrobes and "busy - clean my room" card in the room. Even if these exist, I may not have found them. I'm sure there is no bathrobes at the room. They are small details to deserve 10 points. :)

Located in a very quiet neighborhood, it's an ideal place to stay as a single traveler or as a family group. The rooms are large, quiet and spacious and kept clean, The staff are helpful and always at your service; assisted with transport and other arrangements. You felt safe on the property and the food options were of the highest standards, breakfast was delicious and extensive. The pool was great for the kids. Very close to places to visit in Dhaka.
There wasn't anything in particular we didn't like, overall it was a great experience.

Location-4.5, breakfast 3.5....out of 5. my request for higher floor and away from lift was honored. Check-in and check-out were quick.
The room given was in the middle of the building and had no window/ventilation - felt suffocated and claustrophobic and difficult to figure out if it is day or night! Aircon is old type and makes noise. Got some allergic reaction. Asked for table fan but did not have any. A table fan or two cost only some bucks. Easy and beneficial to keep in store in case a guest asks for it, no?

The location and comfort in the room
During check out when I was paying for my food my bill was 17,60 taka so I handed the guy at the reception 2,060 taka to get 300 taka back. He put that in the drawer and instantly started telling me I handed 1,000 and made me count my money in my envelope to find out. Later he found 2000 taka in the drawer and it was really not nice.

Central location in Banani, close to a mosque - so be ready to wake up at 4am with a call for prayer. Fresh fruit selection and Sri Lankan dishes for breakfast.
There were no windows in the room, so it felt like I was in a dungeon. Ridiculous prices for food and drinks at their in-house restaurant (450 taka/$4.5 for a cappuccino) - over two years in Bangladesh I've never seen coffee over $2 anywhere. Overall, the hotel looked dated.
The reception manager asked me if I was going to check-out the following day when I arrived, then someone from the reception called me on the phone in the room at night to ask if I would check-out the following day, and in the morning the person at the reception asked me for the third time if I was going to check out that day. It felt like they couldn't wait for me to leave or something. It was very annoying.
Their main entrance door is always locked, you have to walk through a narrow metal detector every time you go in and out.

Location is very safe, quiet and convenient. Shuttle bus service at airport is available. Staffs are polite.
Water bottles are free and served everyday.
Hotel details page says free transport service between hotel and airport available, but this is only one way for free. You need to pay extra for returning.
Shower is very weak.
