Location. Next to Daimaru and JR Tokyo Station. Apartment is of good size and well maintained. Airport bus stops right below the hotel. Staff are friendly and makes you feel welcomed.
Cleanliness of bathroom is lacking. There is still a stench (smells like dried pee) even after housekeeping. Front desk staff requires more training and improvement in service quality. Asked for help on restaurant reservation at Daimaru and was told that I can walk in instead. Had to take the first airport bus at 7 plus in the morning the next day. Was told that ticket machine was already closed for the day and I had to go down early the next morning to secure tickets before the bus arrives at 7 plus. I walked by the ticket machine after dinner and realized that tickets could be purchased online. This is a very basic but important info that all the front desk staff should know and inform the guests.

Hairdryer provided could be better, the one in our room was rattling and doesn't have the ion.
Pillow could have been better, it felt flat.

I booked a Deluxe studio, and everything there is clean & tidy. The kitchen is well equipped. I can cook a simple meal and enjoy in my room if some days I don't want to go out to eat.
My room doesn't provide USB outlets on both bedside. The only 1 USB outlet is beside the TV set, so......inconvenient!!!

Second time in 6 months and think they have improved especially on the hygiene (floor much cleaner!).
Water pressure… I stayed a few days at Shangri-la just next door. Their shower had much stronger pressure.

Convenient. Liked the 24 hours complimentary coffee. Also likes the security.
Late check in at 3 pm. I arrived on the morning flight and had to spend the time out. Also there was a power shutdown the entire day -although I knew about it, there should be rebate on the price for that day.

Excellent location. Next to Tokyo Station. Walking distance to Marunouchi, Nihonbashi and Ginza.
Room - we had 1 bedroom which was very well equipped.
Super clean, especially all the kitchen tableware.
There is no car access to the hotel entrance which makes it a bit tricky on arrival and departure with luggage. Hotel should probably give instructions to guests e.g. map.
I also requested extra bottles of water upon booking which I received a response as the hotel only provides 2 bottles per day. My friends asked for more water on arrival and they received a case of bottle water in their room. I didn't bother addressing this to the hotel because I had already bought bottles from lawson across the hotel.

We turned up needing a day room due to a late flight. They were kind about letting us in a couple of hours early, after a small wait
Nothing really.

The room I have is very big and comfortable. There are individual kitchen, living room and bedroom. Also the location is near Tokyo station and very convenient. Highly recommended!!

The staff, which was professional, attentive and took care of all the requests during our stay. The location, with train and subway stations nearby.
Nothing worth mentioning.

Super convenient right next to the station and with Lawson on the ground
The room floor was dirty. And the sofa might have buds? Kept getting bitten. Otherwise it’s alright

I love the location. The room is a little small but the living room is a good size. I also love the kitchen.
The room could be a little bigger, and they should have more 3-bedroom units.

Location was very good. Just a few minutes from Tokyo Station Yaesu north exit.
The room was spacious and I had friends invited and nice gatherings.
Hairdryer was not powerful enough.
The toilet and sink area was very small.

The location was the best!
A few minutes away from Tokyo station and very easy to access the central area, Ginza, Tsukiji, Nihonbashi & etc.
Spacious for Japanese standard and very clean. Comfortable to stay for a long period.
Had troubles to be taken or picked up by taxi as GPS didn’t recognize Oakwood as hotel.
Also difficult to find the place from outside of building.
The signs said apartment not hotel.

Great staff, high level of cleanliness, great location
We came back after mid-night to check in but the answering machine at the main door at ground floor has no one answer for over 20 minutes. We waited till someone left and opened the door

location n clean but our bathroom walls n floor were not clean as good when we check in but I managed to clean it a bit myself especially corners along the tiles
nothing. I suggest the manager should check the bathroom after each before the next guests check in
