We loved this place. The owner left some breakfast items in the kitchen and we would sit in the garden in the mornings while eating our breakfast. Located close to the main street, and bus stop, and also a supermarket
Main room light switch was outside in the hall, which seemed a bit stupid, but not a major issue

Such a lovely space to stay! Lovely little gestures… milk, yoghurt, fruit and chocolate in the fridge. Cereal, fruit, pain au chocolate in the cupboard.
Although I didn’t use it, it was fantastic to have access to the garden.
Helen was so friendly and helpful!

A great relaxing stay & just around the corner from Marlow High St, where there are many nice restaurants & pubs to enjoy
Studio was just perfect for a short break.
Helen left a lovely breakfast & catered for my GF & DF requirements.
We’d definitely stay again, if we were in the area.

It was very cosy and Helen was very welcoming and lovely. She left a paper with information on where things were, what was available to use and contact details incase we needed anything. Its a 5 minute walk to the highstreet and convenient area for my boyfriend to go to and from work as I was visiting him. The garden is beautiful, hope to come back when the weather is much nicer. Overall a 10/10 stay!

The room and garden were lovely. Everything perfectly clean, and breakfast items provided. Helen was so nice when we came in, and we were left to our devices, didn't feel like it was a studio in someone's house, felt completely our own. Perfect for what we needed it for, and literally a 2 minute walk into the centre of Marlow.

The location to this property is fantastic. Central location and a short walk away to the centre of Marlow and The Hand & Flowers. Facilities in the room was excellent, everything was there that you would need. The fridge was also well stocked to make your own Breakfast including bread, eggs, yoghurts and preserves. Helen was a friendly and informative host.

The location was excellent. Just a short stroll from the High Street. The accommodation was perfect for a couple including the small kitchenette which Helen very kindly provided milk, bread, eggs, yoghurts, water, butter and jams.
There was nothing we didn't like.

Breakfast was perfect for us with a good choice of things left in studio.
Can’t think of anything except mirrors could have been lower as I am not very tall.

We loved everything about our stay. The room was spacious and had everything you could possibly need. It also had access to a lovely private courtyard garden which was perfect for breakfast every morning. Helen was a wonderful host and the communication before arriving was superb.
The room is less than 7 minutes walk from the centre of Marlow, where you'll find some lovely restaurants, pubs and boutiques. We will definitely return!

Convenient location ….less than 10 minute walk from the shops and restaurants of Marlow and handy for visiting Windsor, Oxford, Henley and surrounding areas.
Spotless, with well thought out facilities and patio doors leading to a lovely garden. During the recent beautiful weather we had breakfast on the patio each morning and the odd glass of wine later in the day!
Selection of quality breakfast items provided.
Lovely host …thank you Helen. We would definitely recommend.

We were met by our host Helen who was very welcoming.
The Garden Studio was picture perfect and spotlessly clean.
The studio opens on to a very pretty cottage garden with comfortable seating and bistro table and chairs.
A very nice continental breakfast is included in the price.
One extra which my husband always appreciates was the cafetiere and ground coffee provided.
