A very nice welcome at reception, lovely comfortable accommodation, a nice big bathroom, and a fabulous shower, lived up to expectations, Breakfast was exceptional, and the restaurant is very good value with great service, The location is perfect for visiting Henley, and as the grounds face the Thames the location couldn't have been better for our visit, Room rate slightly inflated in line with the demand in the local area due to the Royal regatta but still very competitive compared to hotels a ten minute drive away.
Nothing, even the weather was perfect!

Well maintained, functional.
Bar crowded. Breakfasts exceptionally good
Longish walks to accommodation

the hotel room is modern and clean. Views are beautiful, with well kept grounds.
Being bullied and harassed by certain members of staff. We tried to play trivial pursuit but because of a private function we were moved to table stuffed around the corner. Due to the fact that there was no food from the bar until 8pm! We went and got our own food as I have a medical condition where I have to eat at the latest 7 pm. While we were trying to eat our food at least 5 times we were disturbed by members of staff questioning why we were there. We felt harassed and went to bed at 9pm to get away from them.

I was on a course at Henley and the accommodation is ideal. Amazing grounds and views. Varied food at all meal times catering for every taste.

Great venue for getting together with friends and small groups.
Couples would enjoy this too and the surrounding are peaceful and river Thames adding to the splendour.
Excellent breakfast and could not fault this place.

A little too business vibes for the weekend, but perfect for a work trip.

The setting and grounds were superb.
The distance from accommodation to bar, breakfast etc so much so l didn't go to breakfast when there.

Beautiful location, free coffee 😁
The breakfast wasn’t great, the cooked breakfast was cold and the scrambled eggs needed scrambling for much longer!

Wonderful property set in super grounds adjoining the river
I was warned my room would away from
The main building which was fine the first night. The room was amazing- recently updated, chic, all mod cons, wonderful bathroom with wall shower. however on the second night there was wedding party staying in the main house and really I wouldn’t have known it as I felt the hotel was very careful where they put their guests
But I was woken by some people outside my window talking and then the same people at five discussing ordering a taxi which meant I didn’t get much sleep that second night
I didn’t complain or call security as I didn’t feel it was a safety issue.

Breakfast was excellent and the staff were fantastic = our room was fine but there was no fridge and the shower room had no where to put your toiletries . The location was a bit out of the way and if you did not have a sat nav it was difficult to find Greenlands.
Not having a disabled room and facilities for my husband

Breakfast, grounds, bar, riverside walks

Bedroom was well-furnished. Linens good quality and snowy white. Breakfast offered a very good selection of quality produce, nicely presented and well cooked.
Rooms are in adjacent blocks so walking to the main building for breakfast will be soggy, if it;s raining.

Beautiful settings and lovely clean spacious room
Toilet in 1st two rooms didn’t flush which we think was due to the power cut but reception were amazing and made sure we moved to another room.

Absolutely everything, except the weather, we will definitely be staying here again. wonderful room with river views as we requested, very comfy bed, very friendly staff on reception, in the restaurant for breakfast and in the bar.
nothing to say here , all and everything was fabulous.

Beautiful location, plenty of choice for breakfast (buffet so you could help yourself to what you want) and the rooms were very comfortable. Buffet style three course evening meal was very good too.
The bar area was lovely however there was no music or atmosphere so didn’t use it.

I think it was in a nice location and everything within the rooms were all perfectly displayed.
maybe when checking in it might be done in the future a map handed as I was a tiny bit lost but it was due to me not understanding.

the staff were very friendly, location on the river itself was stunning, but taxi to our wine tasting was expensive as they charged extra to come from Henley. Room was clean, well equipped and everything we had expected. Fabulous coffee!
|Wifi - there were issues with the wifi when we were there, and the signal was very bad, but this was apparently a temporary issue
