I liked the two German ladies who ran things. The breakfast coffee was best in Scotland. The breakfast was excellent.
I set off early on my last day so was not there for breakfast. Kindly they offered me a bagged breakfast. I was disappointed that it was only a couple of pieces of fruit and a croissant with no contents. I expected better.

Lovely hosts and food .
Great location for town.
Bathroom tiny.
Walls between rooms very thin. Could do with soundproofing, but I don’t know how!

The quality of breakfast and the use of local produce made it a culinary experience.
Location to the town, rail station, and the beach within easy walking distance.
Can't think of anything.

Breakfast was great - but the tiny table we were put on, was not! Hospitality was good - all very friends. Many thanks indeed

Wonderful hosts, fabulously welcoming and helpful. No issue with providing great vegan breakfast without prior warning. Delicious home cooked scones, local produce.

The breakfast was wonderful with fresh ingredients and glorious coffee which was probably the best in Scotland. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay made all the better by Andy & Anika who take great pride in both their job and indeed the building itself.
The bathrooms were absolutely spotless as were the rooms. The cafe is another excellent idea and brings an additional service to Nairn.
We have family who live very close to Nairn therefore every time we visit we will be staying at Cawdor house. Cant wait to return.
Nothing of note.

Hosts Anika and Andy were fantastic and the breakfasts superb. Andy told us that the property had a lucky threshold - and he proved to be right!

We arrived on tandems on the last leg of a 200 mile trip and we were greeted by a lovely couple, Anika and Andreas (Andy) who were really welcoming and helpful. The B & B is located within a beautiful old house with modern amenities and the rooms are comfortable, clean and tastefully decorated. The breakfast is bespoke and refreshing and makes a pleasant change from the usual "fry up" that is generally offered up in similar establishments. There is also an excellent pub/restaurant "The Classroom" about 100 metres from the property. We would highly recommend and would definitely go back the next time that we visit Nairn.

We had a fantastic stay at Cawdor House. Hosts Anika and Andy couldn't have been more welcoming or friendly. They allowed us to check in early, and we were able to take advantage of the newly opened Lavender Cafe on the lawn. Delish artisan German breads and cakes!
The room was clean, bright and very comfy. Andy is a great photographer and some of his artwork was on the walls. Cawdor House is a really special place
Nothing, we had a great stay!

Andy & Aneka were the perfect hosts, very keen to ensure our stay was comfortable and helpful with local knowledge.
Room and communal areas were spotless.
Bed was very comfortable.
Breakfast was delightful with a large range of hot and cold options.
Location is perfect, just 100m from main street yet quiet even though it was Hogmanay.
I'm struggling to find anything that spoiled our stay but I have to write something....
Although immaculately clean, functional and newly fitted, the shower room was smaller than we would have liked.
The shower control dial was quite stiff, people with poor grip may have difficulty.
