Really cosy property, close to beach and restaurants etc. Host was really helpful with a late check out.
TV kept turning itself off. There were no wine glasses.

Location! A 5 minute walk (with a toddler walking) and we were right on the sand at the beach. Very close to shops, on a nice quiet street with friendly neighbours. Very little traffic- only cars of people who lived in the street passed sometimes
Convenient car parking - a minute walk away
Table and chairs on the terrace out the front- got the sun at this spot until late in the day/evening. Bucket and spades in the shed- our son loved these, and loved looking at the shells around the decking. This was a nice touch
The owner Bec was very helpful before our stay & gave us recommendations about where to go, where to park etc

The cottage was very cosy, great log fire, master bedroom was large shame about second bedroom it was small with twin beds which was fine if you had 2 children but unfortunately it did not suit 2 adults, stairs were very steep. Overall it would be fine for family with 2 older children. Very near harbour, beach, shops, restaurants and bars.
Steep stairs, second bedroom.

Comfortable , stylish and clean. Great local restaurants, (Golf View and Sundancer). Gorgeous beach 5 mins away.
Walk along East beach superb.
We were worried as had no contact number for the hosts until we asked. A file of local information and a few more logs for the fire and would have been good. Also instructions for the hob seemed to be missing. All good apart from this.

The house was lovely and clean. Well equipped with everything you would need. Great location for beach and travelling around coast. Log burner was really good in the evenings, kept living room warm and cozy

Excellent location for the town and the beach. Cottage was very well laid out and a home from home. Fully equipped kitchen, with utensils and basic food supplies like tea, coffee, salt pepper etc and even some tins and cereals available. Very thoughtful touch. Beds very comfortable too Communication from the owner was excellent all the way through. Would highly recommend this cottage for a stay.
No parking at the property but a parking space is available in the next street which is about 1 minutes walk away, so it wasn't an issue for us at all, so no dislikes about this booking.

Location was great and everything we needed was in house. The layout used the space in the house very well (with one wee quirk!). Getting Netflix access was a wee bonus.
The light at the top of the stair was almost useless. It wouldn't have been a problem if street light across road had been on - it was one night and illuminated the stairs fine, but it didn't work the other four nights! Good recommendations from owner regarding restaurants (particularly the Sun Dancer).

Location was great - very short walk to town centre and shore. Good cafes and restaurants nearby
Being elderly, we found the staircase slightly awkward - understandable in an old house.

Beautifully presented with comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen.
Noisy seagulls, nesting time so inevitable.
