The location was ideal for us visiting family in the area.
The staff were very accommodating.
No hot water in the middle of the day. It was very cold weather when we were there and some heating in the room would have been welcome.

I liked the greeting I got from the staff very friendly and welcoming!
I felt safe in my room especially as I was on my own.
Big shout out to one of the staff with the black hair(lady) I think she may have been the manager but I wasn't able to catch her name. She always noticed me and spoke to me and asked how I was which I thought was lovely.
The ONLY thing I would say is to get a more comfortable mattress that is the only thing.

the property was well situated for shops and walks
just a little tired and could do with a little attention, beds not best quality and no washing condiments for showering only hand washing liquid, the restaurant served food but a different choice from chips and general fried food would of been nice,

location. cleanliness, staff
lack of access to fresh air and door hinges could do with some oil. Quite noisy in the morning.

Friendly staff. No actual reception so had to wait at bar where solo barman had to serve a large group their drinks before I checked in. Only wanted to drop my case as friends were waiting outside in car. Barman checked me in and carried my case up to the room but, later when I could not get tv to work felt I did not want to go down to bar and ask for help.
No reception so no one to speak to about any problems. I stood for ages waiting for kettle to boil then decided to plug kettle into a different socket and this time kettle started to boil so one socket is faulty.
I also found the mattress uncomfortable so did not sleep well.

The rooms nice, beds very comfortable and the staff are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble. Would definitely stay here again. Food was great quality. Close to beach and the high street

The breakfast was just perfect as was our evening meals and bar lunch, staff had an excellent knowledge of ales and malts, and couldn’t have been any more helpful. Overall experience was one of the best we’ve had.. keep up the good work Morag and co..
There was nothing not to like.

Breakfast was great; lots of choices and food was good. The location was excellent -- we walked to the beach both evenings. Private bathrooms were good to have. Free parking was very helpful
This place was fine; it was what you would expect as a room above a pub. The smell of the pub kinda lingered and was a bit of a turn-off. The beds could be a bit comfier. We like a nice soft but supportive mattress and a few extra pillows .

The breakfast was cooked to order every morning, served with fresh coffee and your choice of juice and yogurt. Honestly, some of the best bacon I have ever had was served at this hotel. It was a lovely way to start each morning.

Great hotel friendly efficient staff. Car park off the road. Free WIFI. Breakfast was excellent big enough portions. We had dinner which was good
Can only have chips with dinner. Potatoes could be added as an option

Nice hotel, good location in centre of Nairn and only a few mins walk from the beach. Good dinner menu and friendly staff. Music playlist at breakfast was great.
Maybe some non dairy milk for coffee and cereal at breakfast. Slightly weird smell in the bathroom and bathroom door would not close.
