Arnaque et des frais supplémentaires facturés à mon insu

Il n’y a pas d’eau chaude dans l’hôtel dans aucune chambre elle tiède / froide. Le petit déjeuner est immangeable et pourtant je n’ai pas de trop grosses attentes mais la il y a très peu de choix et la cuisine est très mauvaise. La connexion internet de l’hôtel est très médiocre. Il y a du bruit dans les étages et on entend tout donc si vous avez besoin de dormir apportez vos boules quies. Enfin pour terminer nous avons eu un problème au check out sur le comptage du minibar et la propreté de la chambre et on nous a obligé à payer des frais pour lesquels je n’étais pas d’accord mais comme nous étions pressé pour notre vol nous avons dû payer. Vraiment très mauvaise expérience je pense qu’à ce prix là il y a beaucoup mieux dans la ville de Cartagena. Cartagena est quand à elle une superbe ville à faire ! Dommage que l’on essaye à tout prix d’arnaquer les touristes dans l’hôtellerie, la restauration et tous les services aux touristes…

Uns wurde Geld aus unseren Taschen gestohlen, 50€ von meinem Mann, 5€ von mir Dusche: kochend heißes Wasser oder kalt Frühstück: sehr mickrig 'Hotelversicherung': wir müssten pro Nacht pro Person 8000 COP zahlen, selbst für unsere Tochter unter 3 Preis Leistung einfach nicht gegeben

Segura y confortable.

La amabilidad de todos ahí, la comida muy rica, fresca, algo variada, la atención, en general nos sentimos como en casa.. honradez. El Wifi excelente nos llegaba hasta afuera del hotel.

Absolutely not worth the money

The pool was the only good thing in the hotel

I don't know where the luxury is in this hotel. The room had an unpleasant smell and you can't open a window. The request to change the room due to the unpleasant smell was answered no. There is no safe in the room although it is in the description. We did not get a second room card either. When the toilet paper was empty, the reception was told that we would be informed and new paper would be brought. However, new toilet paper was not brought until about 3 hours later.

This hotel has "Luxury" in its name but it is far from luxiorious!

Staff were friendly. Good breakfast. Comfortable bed.

Installations seemed cheap including the windows, meaning a lot of noise reaches the room from street level. Broken bathroom door frame, door wouldn't close, various other things with hole or unfinished. Shower would flood due to blocked drain. Shower would not maintain a constant temperature nor constant pressure, would drizzle for several minutes making it very difficult to wash properly until it returned to normal pressure. Room was delivered without a full set of towels. Staff were slow to respond to our issues, they eventually changed our room but the new room had many of the same problems. Was uncomfortable to use the swimming pool and jacuzzi as there were several workers present, smoking and using the guests' chairs.

Awful, Rude Staff, No Hot Water

rooms are clean

NO HOT WATER, DO NOT BOOK- this is not a temporary thing as reviews from 3 years ago state the same thing. It is unsanitary to be cleaning facilities and linens without hot water. EXTREMLY rude man working the front desk who should not be working here, he does not even acknowledge you standing 2 feet in front of him and when you finally get his attention, puts his finger in front of your face. Staff do not speak English as stated. air conditioner hardly works, pool is small and murky. This hotel is far from “luxury”. Do yourself a favour and spend your money elsewhere. I checked out a day early without refund it was so bad.

The attitude of the support staff is good, the breakfast is good

The hotel is expensive, I found it to be an average hotel, the food is late, not good, and I was very dissatisfied with the disabled service aspects. I had help from the cleaning and reception staff, but that does not mean that they should not have conditions for disabled people, I chose the hotel because it had an elevator. This is precisely what I asked before confirming my reservation and I was surprised to arrive and find different conditions. Having lunch or dinner ordering from the menu is spending an hour and a half waiting for them to serve

Fair cost for what you get

The location is very good, just a few blocks from shops and the beach. Fair cost for what you get given the location in Bocagrande.

The breakfast is very poor, and almost no options if you are vegetarian/vegan. The staff removed the towels every day and did not supplied them back, we had to call to the reception for that. It seems that there is only one washing machine and one drying machine for the entire hotel, therefore there are never available towels for the beach either. Finally no entrance for people with disabilities or elders, only way on is a stiff stairs.

Location is fine and staff was nice. There's a free parking right outside of the hotel.

We got food poisoning on the last day, either from the breakfast or dinner which we both got at the hotel. The room we had was a bit on the small side. The pool on the rooftop is bit dated and you see broken things around. There's a whirlpool but it's cold and only one jet was really working.

A little disappointed.. this trip

Location , and staff was great , it's a good area. Nice new lounge and bar restaurant that just opened makes it really good.

The hot water 8n my room never worked the whole time was there. Very unpleasant, this usually is my favorite place. But not this time.. bad
