There could be more choices for breakfast even though it free.
There was a sewer smell in the bathroom.
2.0 / 10.0
Location is central
No hot water, bad customer service, overcharge for airport transfer, no windows in room, loud lobby
8.0 / 10.0
the location and the people who were working,
the pool was very small , the room was dark and was overpriced.
2.0 / 10.0
The majority of the staff was nice. The location was really nice in front of a beautiful park!
First of all we had the room downstairs (felt like a cave.. not in the cozy way😢) which was right next to the kitchen. It resulted in a lot of noice during the morning waking us up several times both days. On the first day I stepped on glass in the bedroom. The breakfast was meh. There was strands of hair all over the bathroom when we arrived.. The safe stopped working as we were trying to use it and the list goes on… We expected a higher standard, but it was not worth the money 😕

Nice rooms, although a little bit small. The location pretty much in the center of Cartagena walled city, makes it perfect for moving around by foot. Close to nice and fancy restaurants, and with lots of convenience stores and money changers around
The breakfast was pretty bad... Even though it'd been included in the room prize, it's better to avoid all-together

Nice hotel, but no windows !

very well located, great breakfast
it was a little noisy inside the rooms
8.0 / 10.0
Excellent location for all Cartagena has in the walled city. Private and noise free, easy to sleep. Comfy bed. Breakfast is excellent, daily menu all cooked to order items. Fruit fresh, lovely juice.
Shower water pressure is minimal, so slow. Bedrooms are tiny, too small for two people at times unless just sleeping. The pool is very small if the hotel is full and you'll be unlikely to be able to use it at all. Property is more like a bed and breakfast than a hotel.

Location was perfect right in the heart of everything. Boutique was clean, comfortable room and bed. Very cozy and just magical. Staff was helpful and friendly.
Breakfast needs to vary and bigger portions.

The air conditioning worked great and the location was close to everything.
The staff were very loud in the mornings and it echoed throughout the building. It was difficult to sleep in past 8am. We mentioned this to
the front desk and they never followed back up with us.

great pool and rooms
i think the breakfast was weak
4.0 / 10.0
The location was great. The staff were generally nice.
Difficult to sleep in hotel because noise travels far. You can hear yourself breath.
This is not unique to this property but you CANNOT bring guests to your hotel room, even for 2 minutes for them to use the bathroom. It's kind of a ridiculous rule that is in majority of hotels in Colombia. When booking, pay attention to the hotel or airbnb that states this and definitely go with the one without any restrictions.
For the price, I expected a better breakfast and better service. My room was not cleaned on the first day because "they wanted me to tell them". Other hotels that are less expensive and not boutique would automatically clean it for you.

none

Good and central location, nice relaxing area on the roof.
We had a room by the reception, extremely noisy at night rendering our stay overall disappointing. Staff offered a laundry service, but ended up never cleaning our clothes - we chased countless times the following day as we were expecting our laundry early in the morning and the staff kept on saying it would come “in the next 30minutes”, after about 5 hours they admitted in the late afternoon the clothes were actually never collected by the laundry service and did not offer compensation.

nothing…wanted out after one night but made the mistake of paying upfront. Hotel said no to letting me leave early and blamed it in booking.com. wait…the shower was good :)
1 cramped spaces and small rooms. A gang of staff was usually gathered around the front desk/ tiny courtyard area you must pass through to access your room. awkward and compact. The rooftop was only outdoor space that afforded any privacy, but it was not to inviting in the heat of the day… plus no view
2 loud music all night 3. extra charge if you want to get a cup of coffee in the mornings (from an old Nespresso machine in the restuarant) and take it back to your room…really?
4. super strong mint scent applied to room…like a bad plug in. Asked twice if they could tone it down or turn it off. no luck
5. Small basic breakfast with poor coffee and tea options. they charge extra if you want more breakfast options off the regular menu

All of the staff were very nice and attentive. Simple but good breakfast, great coffee. Would most definitely stay here again.
Everything about the hotel itself is great, but there is a hotel next door, Townhouse, and they have a rooftop bar that blasts music until 1 am. Could not get good sleep

lovely staff, comfortable and very clean rooms, excellent quality for the price, great breakfast (included)
A little bit of noise in the morning on lower floors, but nothing that would deter me from staying again. Overall very quiet.
