very nice room, great decor, amenities all is perfect
3.5
We were upgraded which was a pleasant surprise. Restaurant staff were kind and friendly. Cleanliness is of utmost importance and we were quite content.
Arrival wasn’t as we usually expect. Didn’t feel the warmth from welcoming staff. Too tight on check-out time. I felt negativity when asked. We are planning on leaving early for our next stay but sometimes it’s the attention and warmth that’s appreciated most.
We didn’t know dogs were allowed. My wife and kids scared of dogs and one almost came a bit too close for our comfort while we were eating at lobby restaurant.
Halal food options could be better.
Night meals can be added catering to kids. Usually bathrooms got toothbrushes etc. we got them when asked but quality was great.

This hotel was truly wonderful from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to assist with any requirements during the stay. The location and facilities are exceptional! Mohammed at the front desk was an asset to the hotel and ensured I was taken care of upon arrival. Will most definitely be back.

Such an amazing hotel, stayed here a few times now but this time we upgraded to a Grand Heritage suite, absolutely amazing space and as always the service and facilities are amazing.

We found the hotel to be perfect for our kid free weekend away. The hotel itself is such a beautiful building that from the moment we arrived we felt calm and surrounded by splendour. The staff are exceptional, all so friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast was delicious each day and our meal in Mei Umi was fabulous. The location of the hotel is good, it is so close to the river, the Tower of London and the Shard.
Unfortunately there was a rail strike the day we arrived so the traffic to get form the airport was extremely slow, obviously not the hotels fault but did mean we missed a bit of our first day so didn't have time to use the hotel leisure facilities. The hotel is also a bit of a distance from areas we wanted to visit such as Covent Garden, Soho etc. Our room was beautiful & comfortable but was on the inside of the hotel so it was a pity we did not have a view or natural light in the room.

Great location for Piers and Tower of London,
Superior room most adequate, fantastic shower and comfy bed.
Girlfriend had to sit in wardrobe to dry hair because power socket was nearest wardrobe door with big mirror. Its a girlie thing!

Hotel's location is amazing especially if you came for a business. Gym is super nice, breakfast is perfect, room was wonderful, staff is nice, valet parking is the best (not often you will find valet in London) and both restaurants are outstanding, food there was super delicious.
I stayed here two times and next time will stay again!
view from the room was on internal square of the building so actually there was not a view at all, but the category of the room was executive (bigger). So this is the only one disappointment.

it’s a Four Seasons so you expect a great staff and this one was no exception!
The access to rooms was convoluted. it’s was a mixed use hotel so a lot of the spaces were off limits too. And there were no chairs in the entry to wait for friends or pick ups.

The room was large, clean, quiet, and great place to stay, a wonder place to unwind.
There was nothing I disliked.
