Exceptional

Giorgio is a great host. Thanks a lot for your help with our transportation from the station and your tour guidance. The place is surprisingly comfortable. The only pity is that we couldn't stay longer.

Beautiful house with a shared patio. A lot of space and comfortable bed and good location. Giorgio was very kind and got a park slot for us as it would not be easy at the time we had arrived.

Exceptional

It is a stunning property. A common courtyard in this renovated historic building. Our flat, was huge, one kitchen/living room (open space) two bathrooms and a bedroom. Stunning the touches, furniture. Nothing was left to chance, every single detail was taken care of. The hosts are super friendly and Sandra in particular is amazing.

Beautiful apartment on the upper side of Modica

The host was really nice and polite, also on time. He gave us details about the house and explained how to close it when leaving at the end of our stay.

This place is amazing! Sicilian tiles, designer armature in the bathroom, tasteful art hanging on the walls, not to mention a complete working kitchen, an upstairs sleeping area, 1 1/2 baths, and a lovely courtyard to hang out in at the end of the day, Historic Modica offered my family plenty of space and a comfortable and enjoyable break from this year's very hot Sicilian summer. Located on a side street in the upper city, there is no car traffic. Well worth the price.

Located in Modica alta, it takes a while to get to Modica bassa ( location of the main pedestrian area, Corso Umberto 1 ) by foot. I like to walk but others might not.

it is worrh to try, we decided to visit Modica because of this accomodation and I didn’t regret it

downtown centre is 20 minutes walk with lots of stairs😊

Very nice,

The hosts are really friendly and no problem for check-in. The property is very nicely decorated and the location very central in old town.

One of the rooms' shower water was not hot enough. Other than that, everything was nice.

Superb

The appartement was great, location was super in the nice old town part of Modica. Really enjoyed the courtyard. Our hostesses were super, we arrived very late due to our flight and we were picked up and brought driven to the apartment. I even got help organising late night pizza's Highly recommended and would love to come back

A Little Gem away from the Crowds

Love the location! Love being tucked away off a gated courtyard with a lovely rooftop patio. The apartment was well supplied with whatever I might need, but my stay was, alas, too short take use of these items. Shower was enormous (I'm a big guy so much appreciated) and there is a large bathtub upstairs at the foot of the bed 💞 And I must mention my kind and affable host Giorgio who met me at the bottom of the hill so that I could follow and find this little gem tucked down an alley. Grazie mille!

Just be sure to realize that the apartment is In Modica Alto, up a very steep drive or a maze of stairs and streets - could be daunting to some. I prefer this because you are away from most of the tourists and touristy businesses, and mostly around locals. Not a negative, perhaps an alert to some. Also, the bed is located up a short, steep flight of stairs. Again, not a problem for, the solo traveler, but, perhaps it should be noted.
