Right place to stay in Modica

Awesome location in the heart of the city. There's a lot of restaurants, cafeterias and pasticcerias around the place. Finding a parking spot on the main street was not a problem. The apartment is nice and very clean, with all you need to feel like home. Helena is great host - the communication with her was nice and easy. She gave us a useful information about the city and some nice recomodations for a good restaurants.

Lovely appointments in the heart of Modica.

The appartments are extremely clean, very cosy and well-decorated with sunny terraces. Located just in the center of the city. The host is very kind, helpful and nice. We had a great experience there. Thanks!

Huge, clean and well-maintained property. Highly recommend!

The property is in a prime location to explore Modica. It is on a very small street. The road entrance is hidden behind a restaurant with recycling bins. The stairs leading to the apartment are made of marble, opulent and very clean. The apartment looked new, although we were told that it is about 5 years old. This is a good indication that the apartment is well-maintained. The kitchen is well-equipped. We were given a big bottle of water. The bathroom is beautiful and clean also with more than enough shampoo for the three of us. The host was very helpful, kind and professional. I would come back here again.

Nothing to complain about. Our stay here was comfortable.

We loved our stay here. The location was great. Apartment was spotless and spacious.

The apartment was spacious, clean and huge amount of balcony space. Tucked away down a narrow street the noise wasn't too bad for a cental location. Close to restaurants and situated in the old town. Staff couldn't have been more helpful.

Perfect location but very noisy

Perfect location, clean apartment, easy communication with the owner.

The noise from outside is enormous, seems like you don't have windows. The beds are not comfortable.

A very nice apartment in a great building in a great neighborhood.

Location, Ease of use with the apartment. Excellent balcony. We had several lovely meals there.

Not much to say. We could have used a broom and a mop for those little spills of everyday life.

Wonderful place to stay!

Lovely little flat in beautifully renovated building. Bright and very clean. Nicely furnished. Really good location and excellent value for money. Lovely host, Helena, who looked after us really well. Highly recommend this place.

Salt and pepper and having the local information in English would be a bonus (we used Google translate) but it really was lovely.

The host was very welcoming, managing the check-in was flawless. Place very clean, nicely designed, all new with authentic sicilian style. Wonderful and romantic terrace.

Will recommend this place to anyone planning to visit Modica and the surrounding towns.

Great location, right at beginning of the city., and few steps from restaurants, bars, etc.. Beautiful, clean apartment in a beautiful building, with all the amenities you need and with balconies with views to the piazza. Great and friendly host, Floriana, was very professional, made us feel welcomed, answered all our questions and gave us all the information we needed to see the city and it surroundings.

There is nothing not to like about this place. We had a great time there and will definitely recommend it.

Located 2 min away from the center of Modica, the apartment was very clean,, lovely furniture and appliances. The kitchen has everything you need for preparing your meal. We found welcome traditional Modica chocolate, cookies, and a bottle of water. The jars were full of coffee &sugar. The room was warm and cozy, The apartment was exactly like in the picture of the booking. Supermarket, coffee shops very close. We had breakfast just down the street, good and fresh in every morning, without strict timing. Floriana speaks very good English and she knows her job, she was very kind and helpful, send us the time schedule for train and buses. Once more Thank you Floriana!!

Excellent lodging throughout. Spotlessly clean, modern lighting and modern furniture, location couldn't be better and Floriana, the host was very caring and helpful for the whole duration of our holiday.
