Very good

I liked the location, the room was comfortable and big, the staff very nice

I didn't like that the window was broken so you could hear from the outside because of the gap.

Passable because the bed is very comfortable.

- The bed is very comfortable, the pillows were just nice in terms of thickness and hardness. - The location is good. - the restaurant serve good chilli!

- The room stinks at first when we checked in, maybe it was not aired for quite a while, we bought fabric spray from nearby supermarket to spray the carpet. - the toilet has foul smell as well, the sewage smell is strong. - The buffet dinner was so so, the pizza, please skip it, we waited for 50mins and it wasn't even passable. - the aircon will drip water ...

Superb

The personnel is very nice and helpful, spa was great. As we had early flight, they prepared breakfast boxes for us with tasty sandwiches.

It is time to invest into new bedsheets and towels as the current ones are no more fresh and white.

• shopping centre and places of interest are nearby

• the telephone is not working. Thus, Im not able to order food and call for other services etc. They try to rectified the issue but failed. And I wasn't transfered to a new room.

Very friendly staff who all spoke good English. Good location. Decent accommodation in general.

Not very clean and the bathroom smelled of pee. The whole place is a bit run-down.

The room was very worn. The carpet and furniture was marked and damaged in places. The bathroom needed some attention.

location at the center of city, easy to find many street food, breakfast variable, Gubeng train station is only 10 minutes by car, Juanda airport is only half an hour.

Kinda old hotel and building, the carpet, and lack of lighting in 3rd floor, the bulb lamp in the room is yellow so it’s kinda bright and should be turn off before sleep, the room is not soundproof, the lock on the door room is broken

location is great, close to the mall and street food

the front desk need to train more regarding the forgot to ask the payment from from me and they as the day after Iam check in, the should more detail regarding about that, and the other one the aircon is leaking

good for short stay

bed was very comfortable and shower very hot; if you like it, very good Asian breakfast . staff was really friendly

the Hotel needs a makeover, since it looks run down in the upper floors. there are spots at the wall, on the carpet etc.

Nice hotel with strict policies

The staff are friendly and the size of the bed is big so suitable for family.

The hotel is very strict. We order deluxe room ( 2 adult + 1 child) including breakfast but bath towels are restricted to 2 only, cannot add more.Breakfast also restricted to 2 adults. In term of bed size also standard (not bigger compared to standard deluxe).
