Very bad.. will never book with this hotel ever again!

Too far, road to hotel was very very bad..no breakfast included, we wanted to buy some water there was no water available anywhere at the hotel..there was so much inconveniences.

I didnt like that what we saw and stayed in was not the hotel thats been posted online.

I would always prefer to stay at Best View.

I like the staffs and the services they provided. They have really good bahavious.

I liked the services provided by Best View. The quite environment. Road was abit bad.

Do not recommend, I checked out one day earlier as I could not spend another night there.

Dirty Road to property is bad Noisy from room next door, can hear everything from next room Rooms are not cleaned daily Pool was dirty Stairs leading to rooms unsafe / steep Main reception / paper work all done manually Request cash for bond Sheets and towels stained and not clean.

It was comfortable and worth what we paid for.

It was peaceful & quiet. The room was clean. The staff member who booked us in was very friendly, and safety conscious. All the appliances in the room were in good working condition (in some places we've stayed, sometimes the AC or the TV doesn't work).

Worst Accommodation with somewhat trusted website Booking.com

Everything was terrible. I was pushed to check one on 19 July. I want to speak with someone. Please call. I want my refund back. Bed with all blood stains in all rooms and disgusting service and rooms.

Everything about this place was disappointing. Staff unfriendly. No sugar and tea . Iron broken and dirty swimming pool.

If you need a real peaceful and amazing holiday, this is a great place to go.

My mum and I enjoyed our 6 nights stay here. The hotel is nice and clean and the bed was so comfortable. It was very quiet and peaceful and the staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel Manager is very friendly and helpful. him and the security always helped us every time we come and go with heavy shopping and with our luggages. we couldnt be happier with their service. The housekeeping lady was very kind and friendly too. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and workmates whenever they go to fiji. Thank you very much for an amazing hospitality and service.

I think if the hotel have their own cab for the quests to hire whenever they need it, that will be very convenient. Please note I'm not complaining here, I'm just simply suggesting an idea.

Everything was great at this hotel.. amazing staff that is friendly and makes customers feel welcome

The room were clean, very comfortable. The swimming pool was clean. The staffs were very nice. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to Nadi.

Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Wasted my time and money going there. Didn't end up staying there.

We didn't end up staying there! Don't trust bookings from booking.com anymore. Would appreciate if I got a refund back. I have photos of the room given to us land honestly it was totally wrong advertising of the property. No one would want to spend holiday in such a place!! Also as a health hazard there was metal pipe sticking out of the wall right by the door in the bathroom. The bathroom sink was rusty as well. Ac was broken held by cable tie. Door knob for bathroom missing. Bathroom mat dirty. Shower leaking badly. No sofa. Pool was filthy. No coffee.

The staff were unfriendly and demand for extra cash in there pocket. Apartment was unhygienic and very dangerous 😳. Becarefu when Booking this hotel.

The property had good view and was located minutes away from Nadi town! Because it had rained, the road was a bit bad.

the room was descent for two people but had not been maintained well! as soon as we entered the room, there was smell of smoke all over the room; before we could complain, the lady working there came with an air freshener saying the person who occupied the room before us used to smoke frequently (we saw a no smoke sign) on the wall. We sprayed air freshener and the smell had gone for a while! we attempted to open the window and within a few minutes the room was crowded with all sorts of bugs; my mum had to run to the reception to get Mortein! after a long trip we thought to rest for a while and saw the bed sheets were stained! we asked for clean bed sheets! We left after a while to a wedding! we came late at night around 1am and it was a disaster trying to get some sleep; the air freshener had off course worn off; the smoke ordor was as bad as before; I felt suffocated and couldn’t sleep the entire night! the next morning, the bathroom sink and toilet had clogged! I went to show and saw cobwebs! that’s when I decided to leave the place despite paying for two nights!

The room size

The location is on a dirt road...far from main town or shopping areas. A lot of incomplete work. Shower head was hopeless.room stunk of smoke(cigarettes). The plastic on the bed ensemble posed a falling risk!
