So much character also loved the coffee shop very friendly staff
The rooms have been renovated to a high standard

The accommodation and food were good but being on the main high street, the traffic noise was too noisy for us given that we live in a quiet area.

Neil, Matt and his team were excellent. Checked in before i arrived and simply went to my nice clean room using door codes provided to me. The tea and coffee and relaxation room for anyone to utilise was a lovely touch and the Cafe downstairs for breakfast was a lovely environment and very welcoming. I wanted a specific coffee and they refused to charge additionally for it which i also thought was very accommodating and parking was readily available at no extra charge. Room was comfortable and clean with water provided for free. I really cannot find any fault with this hotel or its staff and i highly recommend this hotel.

So quiet and clean. Lounge Area we’ll stocked for self catering and tea/coffee. Breakfast fresh and plentiful
Couldn’t work out if yard across road was for us to park or not. Parking fine on road or nearby though

Fantastic stay with such friendly staff. Great coffee and excellent concept - even though we’re not bikers, we loved the communal kitchen/lounge set up!

We loved staying in the unusual setting - of bikers! Never done that before but there’s a first time for everything, even in your seventies! Done really well and everyone very friendly. Thank goodness for alternatives to the normal hotel.
Sound proofing between rooms could be better but not the end of the world!

Super friendly team, amazingly comfortable rooms and bikes !!! What is there not to like.
Seriously great place to stay, we will definitely be back soon

The owners have put a lot of thought into making the Moto Velo comfortable and so welcoming. Our room was lovely on its own but the use of the shared snug was a very welcome surprise. There was a little road noise early evening but they even provide earplugs, not that it bothered us enough to use them.
Continental breakfast in the joined cafe doorstairs was great and a perfect start to the day.
We were visiting family in the area so location was perfect for us. This is now our first choice when back in the area and we will look for other unique accomodation when traveling in future, rather than relying on the usual chain hotels. For similar, or in this case less money, we found somewhere genuinely memorable to stay.
If you are a motorcycle or cycling enthusiast the Moto Velo will have even more appeal as they don't just allow bikes, they are positively set up for this.
As someone who likes to read at night I found the bedside light too bright.Yep, that's all I can think of.

The snug was a lovely surprise. Tea and coffee facilities, sofas and TV, a really lovely area.
The cafe downstairs does a fantastic latte!
Staff were very friendly and cafe really interesting with all the bikes.
Free parking across the road in their courtyard.
Easy to find, straight forward to access.
Quirky layout.
Bedroom was nice i like the decor, comfy pillows and bed. Bedroom fresh and clean. Compact but had everything you would need for a few days. Water was provided in the rooms as it was quite warm when we stayed.
Location to Exeter campus only a 15 minute drive.
Price very reasonable with breakfast included. Simple continental breakfast.
There's a church across the road that chimes on the hour every hour. So if you're a light sleeper, keep this in mind. Also the road is noisy. Ear plugs are provided, but I needed to hear my alarm in the morning, so I couldn't really use them. I kept the fan on through the night, which helped with the noise. I know there is nothing they can do about the location it's just something I wish I had known about.
We didn't arrive until 10:30 pm due to travelling a long distance and there was no hot water. I had my graduation in the morning, so I had to have a freezing cold shower, and my partner washed in the sink. It was too late to bother staff to solve it by this point. The rest of the time, there was plenty of hot water maybe an intermittent issue but wasn't a great experience on arrival.
The shower was quite dirty. We stayed in room 4 and the shower head was moldy, aswell as around the shower doors/seals at the bottom and grouting. The shower needs a really good clean with new silicone, as everything else was fine.

Great place. Attention to details.
Lovely breakfast in cool motocycle memorabilia cafe.
Noisy as on busy road and opposite church ( bells on the hour)

Exceeded expectations - all new accommodation, good sized room, neat, tidy, clean, comfortable, novel light fittings and cloths hanging rail - good taste!. Breakfast - a novel location.
All good thanks

The breakfast was simple but it came with a 'coffee shop' coffee which is all I require at 9am. The decor was tasteful and of a high standard and everything was very clean. There is a 'snug' provided where you can make tea or real coffee or sit down to eat a take-away at a table (rather than on your bed) and there are also leather sofas and a TV in the 'snug' to just lounge around should you fancy it.
The coffee shop below is pretty cool. A relaxed and welcoming place that is filled with querky little coffee tables nestled in-between motorbikes and merchandise. Surrounded by interesting little nik-naks and memorabilia, it's a cool place to hang out, even if you're not a biker.
The road outside was fairly noisy with traffic if you are particularly sensitive to that kind of thing - but earplugs are provided if you sleep with your windows open. I personally didn't find it an issue and slept sound.

Very nice decor, clean and comfortable room and the staff were very helpful & friendly. Delicious breakfast and coffee too!

Breakfast was in the cafe, where many motorbikes are located.
Breakfast was good but only continentail. No English Fry up available.
This place is great if you like motorcycles. There could be a problem if someone had a deep dislike of motorcycles. Very clean even with the motorbikes. Little or no alternative places to stay close to centre of Crediton
No complaints.

Good value for money, nice room, good breakfast
Not many dinner options around

Rooms are nicely decorated and very comfortable. I like the breakfast in the cafe too.
Difficult to find a parking space outside the accommodation.
4.7
Easy check in, reasonably comfortable rooms and plenty of breakfast to help yourself to.
Main thing was road noise - hence the earplugs supplied in the rooms. Mattress not great. Wear and tear staring to show.
