It was just ok because we did not spend majority of our time in the room

We got the place that we booked , the outside area was amazing we had privacy. The water was always hot and the place had enough space considering we were we with a 2 year old baby.

The place does not have enough packing and it is not shaded. The coach and the headboard had stains. The shower did not have soap holder so we had to constantly put the soap inside the base while showering and the toilet spray was not in the bathroom. We stayed for 3 nights and they did not change the sheets for the whole stay.

Annoying security knock on the door , no answer when I called to get in

couch has stains and unclean had to put a throw on top just to be able to sit on it 😒 bed cover had stains as well , not sure if they had changed it. didn't like a security knocking on my door at 9.55 as if I'm not going out...didn't like that at all. you atleast give a gust 30 mins grace time. I had to wait by the gate to get entrance kept calling no one answered the phone and Uber had already left.

Very comfortable and affordable for 2 people

The decor and the layout of the cottage.

There was black mould on the walls and certain areas.

1. No Breakfast served. 2. Location and establishment generally good. 3. Near most amenities. 4. Sofa cushions needs refurbishment or replacement.

Wash basin too small. Shower has no shelf for bath toiletries.

Superb

Everything was perfect. The host qas was so nice and friendly. When i called the owner for extending my days she was so quick in her response. I was also give time to extend my check out time as i was running around with my paper work.

The bedroom was small that when you sit on the bed your knees touched the wall, the room is always moist, bathroom and toilet space very small and it was inside the bedroom and the 3rd adult had to come in our bedroom to use it while we were sleeping. There was no privacy for couples and I had to book for my daughter elsewhere even though I specifically booked and paid for 3 adults and when I asked Bridget the owner for refund she said I won't get any and it was not her problem she didn't do the booking I did. She even told her staff that I am rude while she was the one who was rude to me and while I was talking to her she hung up. I never met her but she claimed that I was rude. When she realized that I was black there was a change in her tone because i called her when we were lost, the location was not clear with no signage. I don't recommend that black people should book there. Please check photos of palm lodge in Durban

The hosts can do better, small things makes a huge difference.

Overall it was a pleasant stay! Property clean But the service was very poor.

No teas and coffees in the kitchen. The bathroom only had 1 toilet paper that was less than half. We had to buy our own for the entire stay. No cleaning or housekeeping during our stay! Towels should be changed at least every second day. couldn’t watch TV as it is a shared channel system, two people can watch dstv at the same time.

It was good stay and everything is nearby and value for money.

I stayed with family and i have 2 daughters and she arranges 2 singles beds for them so it was really nice stay.

Little small for 4 people only and bathroom door was little broken.

Very good

I liked the place, it was exactly what i saw online, the secured parking, the wifi. The shops and restaurants were close by. I really enjoyed my stay

When we got there, there was a misunderstanding with our room, but Emanuel assisted us n we got sorted

Bad maintenance!

Super Comfortable bed.

The cottage was stuck in the middle of other buildings. No sunlight. COLD inside. Broken electric kettle was replaced the next day. Fridge freezer needed defrosting. No space for ice tray or meat. Shower head was blocked. It was replaced the next day. We checked out a day earlier! Location! Location! Location! Noisy traffic!

everything was good 😊 except that the unit was very uncomfortable cz if there’s no heater it was very cold ,but otherwise I can’t complain everything was Dope 🤞🏻
