A very well appointed and equipped apartment . Spotlessly clean and comfortable with a very homely feel.
Nothing.

The apartment was spacious and well maintained. It was warm and very comfortable. Towels were given along with milk, tea, coffee and treats. Michelle was very helpful and just a text away if needed. Great location for things we wanted to do. A large booklet was on hand for ideas. The area is quiet and very pretty. Just what we needed. Would recommend and would definitely return.
Sadly the upstairs neighbours were constantly banging around at all hours. But maybe that was emphasized by the stillness of the area..

Michelle was a very pleasant host. She came to the property when we called her and gave us a tour around the apartment with recommendations for the best pub nearby! The welcome food hamper and treats were a lovely touch. The apartment is well appointed. It was lovely to sit at the dining table with the sun streaming in! The bed was comfy, plenty of storage space and lovely spacious shower.
We booked the apartment as we required two beds and from the description we were expecting a sofa bed, however Michelle provided a single z-bed instead which did the trick. The log burner was a lovely with the tray of kindling provided.
A little unsure how we were going to get the keys. Had to call Michelle on arrival and she came out with them.
I was really looking forward to sitting on the decking overlooking the garden as per the picture, however since the main property was sold, this is now fenced off with a 6-foot high fence which was very disappointing. The photos should be changed to show this. (Photo attached.)
The postcode of the property takes you to another house's gated driveway. By this time you have driven past the apartment. Clear directions and signage outside the property would be an improvement.
On the app, the list of facilities looks like there is more on-site, but the website is correct in that they are off-site.

Lovely big room with everything we needed for our stay. Nice too having outside table for eating. Will definitely recommend.
Maybe the bed was a little small but comfortable enough. We’re used to sleeping in a king size at home.

Very spacious and comfortable ground floor apartment close to Ross-on-Wye. Good value. Welcome pack much appreciated.

Excellent location. Beautiful apartment with lovely decor. Well equipped. Reasonable cost. Fairly private setting. Most comfortable bed and furniture. We were made to feel very welcome.
Sharp corner edge on bed frame caused serious leg injury. Continuing need for treatment limiting holiday options

The apartment was stunning - beautifully furnished, clean, spacious, well equipped and so comfortable. We loved it! Michelle and Mark made us so welcome, including an array of goodies when we arrived. Such a lovely and generous gesture. It was also quiet, set in a secluded and beautiful location on the ridge over Lea and looking out over gardens.
Nothing not to like. It was wonderful.

lovely modern apartment in a nice quiet location. Everything in the apartment you could possibly want to make your stay comfortable. The owner Michelle met us when we arrived and explained everything. She went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect for our stay. She left a bundle of goodies of local produce which was appreciated. The apartment was cleaned to a high standard .
nothing negative to say .

y.Michelle was incredibly friendly and helpful. The welcome pack on arrival was a really nice touch. The Property is in a nice peaceful and rural location.. we enjoy self catering and all of the necessary utensils are supplied
Nothing to dislike. The Property was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable.
4.7
Absolutely EVERYTHING. The quality of furnishings, spotlessly clean, thoughtful extras, layout, ease of communication. A wonderful experience from start to finish. Michelle was caring, supportive, an outstanding host.
The only thing I didn’t like - I had to leave!

(Small sign at the boot of the tree outside the property 😉)

Everything was 100% - No dislikes.

Owner met us there to hand over keys.
Neighbours up stairs were a little noisy at times, could here a lot of banging. But everything else brilliant.

hands on contact, helpful, high standard property and equipment / linen / great location and hassle free. lovely accomodation, even saw a roe deer whilst sat at the table. was perfect. A bonus was receviing the welcome pack.
4.7
Welcome pack a lovely touch.Property was spotless.
4.7
Great location and the standard of accommodation was exceptional. Very well equipped too.
4.7
Lovely patio looking onto the owners garden. Secluded and easy to park. Owner provided a selection of snacks and cakes which were very welcoming. The apartment was well equipped with quality utensils and a mid week clean was provided.
I thought the 3 cream settee were a little tired and the shower needed some of the sealant to be replaced as it was going black in places. The pillows in the bedroom were not good quality. With these changes this accommodation would be exceptional.
4.7
Lovely clean and comfortable property in a pretty setting. Real bonus to be able to sit on the terrace and have breakfast in the sun too. Thanks also for the supplies left (bread, milk, cake, chocolate, juice, yogurts, cake, fruit) much appreciated.
Nothing.
Please note that our Sat Nav and google maps did not take us exactly to the property. We were travelling from Ross on Wye to Lea via the A40, when advised to turn left on to the B4222 note that the property is just on the right. Our Sat Nav sent us a couple of miles up the road past the property.
4.7
A super apartment with great views over the beautiful garden. Everything was provided to enjoy our holiday and even though we were only there for a few days, we were surprised to see a welcome pack which went down a treat! You won't be disappointed with this little gem!
4.7
Everything was perfect. The apartment, the beautiful surrounding grounds, the provisions so thoughtfully left for us by the hosts who are friendly and interesting people. We would be happy to return many times.
The lighting in the bedroom could be improved with an extra bedside light. This however was a very minor inconvenience.
