Just the view
The sofa bed was broken. They said they gonna bring me new one. They never did. I asked three times and they still didn’t do it.

Beautiful property and the beach is amazing.
The staff were all friendly and very helpful.
We went as a family group of 8 generations. There were activities geared towards all of us. It was so relaxing!!
The food could have been better, but was good.

Most of the staff was very attentive always smiling and greeting us
The spoon resturant was always the same food no changes.. the staff told us we can get help with reservations for the restaurants and we never were able to make them

The customer service was exceptional. Ruth at the reception went above and beyond for me during my stay. Room servicewas great, cleanliness top notch and restaurants staff were awesome. I really enjoyed my stay.. But in all I truly enjoyed my stay.
The only thing I would recommend, is that the staff should let the guests know that some of the restaurants are first come first serve and they can stop accepting people once they reach capacity

I really liked the property. We took our family with teenagers and the pools were amazing, kids loved the room service, we had a swim-up room so that was definitely worth it. Beach was a little small with seaweed but it’s that time of the year, Cancun beaches were much cleaner of seaweed with turquoise water. Staff were nice and for the nice restaurants, go early or you will have a long wait.
Check in took a while due to bookings screw up on how many people and ages but got figured out.

The adults only pool was nice and clean. The beds were comfy. The in-room jacuzzi was nice. The meal at Le Chique (not included in the all-inclusive) was phenomenal.
The food was inedible. The whole place felt like a big sales pitch. The music at the pool was annoying. The price was way higher than I felt it should be, given the quality of the food.

Location
Still needs a lot of work when you arrive, me personally didn’t fell welcome when arrived , you need to park your own vehicle , it’s not like other resorts I’ve stay By far the worst

Very good variety of food. Fresh options made on the spot. Fruits snacks, eggs, hot dishes, Mexican food. Friendly staff. Got servers for tables aside from buffet. So very good
Friendliness at the reception. The front desk were rude asking for documents from my children. Fortunaly, I was able to get them from the internet. For us it was a local trip, so obviously we didn’t have my kids passports or any additional ID. I understand its a policy to help avoid children traffic but I think they should have mentioned beforehand

The spa was nice. Thoroughly enjoyed our massages with Diana and Carly. The facials and hydrotherapy were ok.
Le Chique was a fun dining experience. This was not included and we made reservations through open table. It was a much longer dinner than expected.
The babysitter was good. We were so worried, but they gave us updates and photos and were flexible with extending time because we didn’t realize how long dinner at Le Chique would be.
There is a photographer on site.
We booked this resort because it is advertised as a kid friendly resort, but there was a wedding Thursday evening and there was music blasting from 8 PM until 11 PM right outside our room in a building full of families with babies and children.
When we politely asked for the music to be lowered, the front desk staff said they had no control over it and could not request that to the DJ for us.
Our personal concierge tried to get us to do an hour tour so that she could get commission for it, but also told us we couldn’t add 2 people to our Le Chique reservation that we made through open table unless we do the tour. And the two extra people would have to sit at a different table and have a different menu. This was not the case.
There was too much selling. There was a masseuse in front of the main dining area trying to sell massages and spa services. The towel people try to sell excursions. One of the waiters in one of the included restaurants tried to serve us wine that was an extra charge instead of the included wine when we asked for mojitos.
The water smelled weird in the rooms. We’ve been to other resorts in Cancun and the water didn’t smell so bad.

Better wifi at the resort than anywhere i have been or lived in the States.
Beach was terrible.
Located pretty far away from anything else. 1 hour ride to Cancun.
Food was all fairly bland, just ok.
Had to figure most of the stuff out ourselves or from other guests.

The room was very nice and spacious. Our swim out pool was dope. Housekeeping and bartender staff was nice and fun to talk to.
Communication- Staff at the front desk told us upon arrival we didnt need reservations for none of the restaurants but only one. Our entire stay we was denied from 4 restaurants due to no reservations even though the restaurants had a capacity of 6 to 8 people. We was still turned away. On the lastnight of our stay which was Sunday, we had to beg a restaurant to let us in because the buffet wasnt open. I would never stay again. Room service even gave us a hard time on ordering food. They kept insisting us to turn to channel 45 i think for the menu. Knowing that channel didnt show a menu, it gave you the website to log in on the app which didnt work our entire stay. I would never recommend this hotel to nobody.

Good value for money. The food was very good for an all inclusive. Plenty of pool space and an OK gym.
The beach wasn’t great. I couldn’t believe how much seaweed there was and the water was very cloudy. Very disappointing beach given how nice the actual hotel was.

the resort staff was very nice and helpful , property was small easy to explore and walk around
the sea weed on the beach but they had staff trying to clean it up.
10.0 / 10.0
the grounds and pools were beautiful.
it was very difficult to get reservations. I am not sure if it was due to the hotel still operating with half its staff.
I woke everyday at 5am to secure lounge chairs by the pools 7am was to late as they would be taken for the day.
7.0 / 10.0
our rooms were nice and they were able to accommodate our request for connecting rooms and king and 2 queens
The food options for breakfast and lunch were disappointing. the room service menu was poor also.
