Our laptop was stolen at reception. We went to Armenia for the day as our flight was in the evening and left our bags at reception where they said nothing would happen and that there were "security cameras". Well our laptop was taken from one of our bags. There is no real security other than the "security cameras" that they did not check for our stolen laptop for another 2 days!! (Then they said nothing was seen - or course what else would they say?) The place is quaint but WIDE open anyone can come and and anything could be taken. The cameras do nothing. There are events taking place there and anyone could also go up to your room. DO NOT STAY THERE.

Mal mantenimiento (lavamanos tapado), aseo deficiente, cama dura e incómoda
4.0

They guy at the reception Mauricio was really kind, the only added value from that hotel.
The room was very humid and our clothes got wet from the humidity as there was not a closet in the room. The place is extremely expensive for what it offers, the toilet and shower were clogged (several times), the window of the toilet was broken. It was raining and we placed our runners outside to get them dry; the receptionist (Luis) told us that the manager did not allow us to dry shoes, extremely unemphatic with the situation. We could not use the jacuzzi as it was extremely dirty. The room was very small, and the pictures are a complete scam of the reality we saw with respect to the room. The breakfast is the same each day and you can count the pieces of fruit which are few. There is not restaurants close by as the hotel is located on the highway.

Restaurant only open for breakfast, but was not a problem.

The place has vistas and several buildings with carácter
The Security was very laxed. Anyone can enter the property. The room had mold and the bed was hard as a rock. The power was gone one day and there was no water pressure nor hot water. Not my type of accommodation

location is beautiful and quiet, a good place to relax. The personnel is always kind and helpful. The jacuzzi is great.
I didn't like that there was a wifi zone only in the area around the reception. That wasn't quite clear from the description
Breakfast could be more plentiful and was lacking in variety. Every day's breakfast: Fruits (mango, papaya, pineapple), eggs (which were always good), toast bread and arepa (which taste like carton but Colombians like it), tasteless cheese and a fingertip of butter.

Perfectky maintained, safe, beautiful near-town resort setting. VERY relaxing. Exceptionally helpful staff. Andres, Ajeandro----the best.
