Perfect location in the heart of Kyoto for families

This is a great option for a family or group that wants to be together and not separated in separate hotel rooms. The location is perfect and the facility is well appointed. The kitchen is small but efficient and the combined washer dryer is especially valuable in the midst of a long trip (which makes for lighter packing)!

This is a very family friendly and cost effective option in a great location in the beautiful city of Kyoto. The only limitation is that our 3 bedroom unit had only one shower/bath but the walk in shower was quite efficient.

Everything is fantastic (the apartment itself, location, ...) but the staff is even better. Ikuko and Mika helped us greatly, always understanding immediately what we would like , and making the best suggestions. Strongly recommended. And thanks again

Beautiful, quiet, restful, spacious and private

Iwe were greeted with the most friendly smile and really made to feel welcome. I loved having 3 seperate bedrooms : quite a rare thing in Japan accomodation The washer dryer was fantastic and quiet. Thaw fabulous location!! we could walk to the manga museum, the markets, awesome cafes, Lawsons & 7/11 The air-conditioning was great and the 2 bathrooms were generous in size. The towels were always fresh, think and fluffy! … & the dishwasher was the best! Fabulously presented and incredibly clean. We were walked to our taxi on exit and waved with a smile By far the best accommodation experience we had in Japan - thankyou

The sideboard, table and chairs took up a bit too much space - maybe better to have a couch and a smaller table & chairs

Great location in Kyoto

The location is amazing, nearby good restaurants and cafe, walking distance to Nishiki Market dan to kawaramachi street. The bed and the pillow are super comfortable, the staff is very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend to stay in R&Run Kyoto, and i will definitely choose this again when i come back to Kyoto.

The hot water from the showers runs very small.

The staff was very accommodating and helpful. the bed was super comfortable. The sheets were the softest and luxurious I have encountered. Softer than 5 or 6 star hotels I have stayed at. I even asked for the brand so I can buy

Great clean and spacious apartment to explore Kyoto!

Spacious apartment with good kitchen and bathroom facilities incl washing machine. Situated in a very nice area with lots of restaurants and easy to explore the rest of Kyoto. also great that a baby cot could be provided for our son. Lovely welcome by the staff who was very willing to help and guide us.

Fantastic location! Big room fully sufficient for four people. Great staff, very helpful and responsive via WhatsApp.

Not all equipment was working - the oven was broken and was marked as not to use. Water pressure very low, so do not expect nice shower.

Amazing apartment!

What an amazing apartment! There was plenty of space in this beautiful spot - with 3 beds, 2 TVs, a kitchen, bathroom and separate shower. There was even a spa bath! We thoroughly enjoyed our time here in this clean, new, modern apartment. The lady who checked us in (Mika, I think her name was?) was very friendly, polite and spoke excellent English - she was fantastic! We will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Everything was great - there was nothing to dislike.

Excellent location, near delicious restaurants and great size for a family .

Private rooms , and great size. It was an actual apartment and had everything you could need and want. As taft was extremely helpful and nice also spoke english perfectly which was a bby plus.

I didn't like that we couldn't use the garden. Kind of wasted space since you can't use it.

Both lady staff on duty were great! they do assist in any request including booking of restaurants etc (where the other 2 hotels with 5Star, refused to assist) location! location! location! fantastic for a mid trip stay to do Laundry!

Superb

Really lovely apartment where whole family get to stay together during the holidays. , Daughter commented that the designer makes good use of space and aesthetically pleasing. Host is also very friendly.

Only shortfall if I must find one to mention is that it could be nearer to subway. It's in between 2 subway lines both approx 700m from apartment. Quite okay except on arrival or departure with lugguage..

Beautiful apartment with plenty of space for our family of 6. Great central location which made our sightseeing convenient and easy to plan. The staff were very helpful, even off hours.

Our stay was outstanding!

The property is so close to many of the things we wanted to see, and close to the railway stations for ease of transport to the other areas. It was super clean, very comfortably housed our family of 6 in the 3 bedroom. The customer service and attention to details is fantastic. We even loved their coffee that was provided for the mornings. We will absolutely be back!

Prefect stay

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The apartment was a nice size, very clean and we appreciated the washing machine (and dryer). The beds and linens were very comfortable. More so than most other air bnb properties. The shabu shabu restaurant across the street is very good.
