Overall our visit was great, biggest exception being having to chase bats out of the house a few times.
Pros:
* Direct river access
* Beautiful view from the deck
* Hot tub was nice
* Plenty of space in the house
* Comfortable beds
* Plenty of extra blankets and bedding
* Off the beaten path
Cons:
* Bats were getting in from somewhere, and there was dark streaks down the wall behind some tanks in the laundry room that looked like it had attempted to be boarded previously.
* "Netflix streaming" requires your own login.
* In general the feel of the place was "if you mess up at all you'll pay a fine" rather than welcoming, but I'm sure there's some history there I'm not aware of.

Picked this location to be close to a wedding at Camp Colton. Needed o house three adult couples. A bit remote from stores and restaurants (at least 17 minute drive to anything), but it’s just what we needed and worth the drive. You can’t beat the constant sound of the river

My family of 5 (2 adults,16,14,and 11) had a lovely 4 days at the river. The pinball machines were a blast. It was very comfortable and cozy living space. We loved how open the living space was and enjoyed our time on the outdoor patio/deck. Great swimming hole in the river however not so great fishing luck. We also had an amazing hike at Silver Falls which is just 45 minutes from the home.

Great family house. We went for a family wedding and wish we could have stayed longer. Great back yard over looking the river.

First of all my whole family enjoyed this place. Very quiet and in the woods. Right near the river. Place was very clean and had games to keep my kiddos busy. Also, the first day we were there the dishwasher stopped working they had someone out there in a few hours to fix it. I would recommend this place for a little get away

Property was right on the river with a nice relaxing quality.

Being by the river is great. The pinball machines didn’t work, which is one of the amenities that I was looking forward to. The hot tub was pretty chemically harsh. I didn’t appreciate having to strip beds, start the dishwasher and take the dumpsters to the curb.

Location was perfect and quiet. We loved the trees, jacuzzi, games and river

Our stay would have been wonderful, but the property was infested with flies. We hung fly strips, some provided by the service, that attracted dozens. We kill dozens more with a fly swatter, and there were still flies, lighting on our bodies and food through the entire stay. This was simply not acceptable and caused us to stay out of the premises more than we would have. We hope that you will get in touch with us and that something can be done about this unfortunate situation. Thank you.

Don't expect any service from property managers. You get what you get. Not well maintained.

Very nice property…..it had plenty of room and accommodations for a larger group of people if needed. The fact that it had lots of towels board games extra bedding and plenty of dishes the river was gorgeous and a couple of sweet dogs from the neighborhood stopped by for a visit. I highly recommend this place.

This house has the dream set up of being off a main road, next to a river with a hot tub. But it smells terribly of cat pee, so pungent you have to open all the windows immediately after arriving. And the hot tub, it's nice until it trips the breaker every 30 mins. not maintaining a hot temp on the tub. It needs constant attention if you want to use it. Love the river access, and the layout of the house and property. It just needs a little love and could be a real gem.

We enjoyed the property and we enjoyed the house what we did not enjoy, was having people come and inspect it during our stay with unmarked vehicles, and saying that they were supposed to work on the property, especially the location of the property being in the woods and having children, we should've been told by the property management the property management service they would call us back today. They still have not

Beautiful spot, and outfitted GREAT for recreation and fun! The kitchen is outfitted very well and things are well maintained.
We did message the hosts to ask for an early check-in, but never heard back.
Our only critiques on comfort is the beds - the mattresses are pretty old and the pillows are all really thick/tall. Beyond that, this location and the care that goes into the property make it a great place to be.

The house was nice and had a lot of nice things about it. It's a place to go to get away from the city. It's basically a cabin with internet and cable. Like they say cell service Is hit and miss, which for me I could care less. The Property is in a great spot. Got to talk to the Neighbors and learned a lot about the area and they were really nice. The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is because on the last day there was a hornet's nest above the driveway door, and I got stung in the neck. I Called Vacasa's number and told them about the Hornet's nest in the overhang above the door at the driveway door. And all they said is that they will make a note to the next occupants that are staying. To me that's a no, you need to go and get rid of it because someone can have an issue from being stung.

The outdoor area looks neat, outdoor kitchen and hot tub. But we are there in December. And the interiors of this home are not so great. I was clean but dumpy.

My husband and I traveled to Molalla for a wedding and booked this HIDDEN gem months ago. It was within 15 miles of the town and wedding venue. It was everything we had hoped for in a vacation rental. We had a fabulous time - the sound from the river is amazing and loved our cocktail hour(s) on the deck! We had family over for dinner a few nights and loved all the happy faces from the kids (of all ages!) as they played the arcade games. We can't wait to go back!

We loved the location of this place with a deck above the river and stairs down to the river.

I love this property. This is the second or third time we’ve been here, and we plan to return. It’s clean enough, except for the bench in the kitchen that needs to be replaced because of the horrific stains. The games are fun the bedding is clean, and the beds are good.
My problem is that I book with Vrbo. However this is of a Vacasa listing, And they expect you to pop over to Vacasa and download the app and use that instead. I sent many messages and got no reply. The communication was terrible. I didn’t want to go to the other app, I didn’t wanna make a phone call. I just wanted their manager to respond to my messages.

Nice Open Retreat
Great space to enjoy some time outside. River access is easy, the back deck with the running river provides excellent ambiance. Plenty of games to keep changing up the activity throughout the weekend.

Great get-away
Gorgeous spot! Being in the hot tub while looking at a beautiful river was an experience I didn't know I was missing. The video games and the pin ball were very fun! Everything was clean. Beds were comfortable. There were extra linens. Everything worked. (We had an issue with a dishwasher, but it wasn't a big deal). There is a Stellar's Jay nest outside of one of the bedrooms (though no eggs yet). This is definitely a spot to come back to.

Great escape!
Me and a couple buddies rented this for a weekend get away and it was great! The pinball machines and hunting game were fun, the poker table was a nice touch and the hot tub on the deck within view of the river was fantastic. Super close to trails/hunting/fishing. Thanks!

beautiful river house.
My family stayed here for Thanksgiving. The house was clean and had a beautiful view. My whole family loved the pinball machines. Well stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay here again. The house was a little hard to find in the dark, since there was no cell service at the house and the GPS gave out right at the end. There is good wifi at the house, both kids used it for homework for college and had no issues.

Top knotch getaway
Took my son here with a couple of his friends to celebrate his 16th birthday. This was truly a vacation for all of us! The house is perfect! It was nice to have several amenities to allow everyone to enjoy things. The layout was great and the kitchen was nicely stocked with cookware. The river sounds can be heard anywhere outside which was pure bliss. I highly recommend this place! We hope to be back again some day!

Restful Retreat
Great location out in the woods overlooking the river. Big deck allows for family and friends reunion. Two big couches for viewing tv and 4 arcade games provide a unique fun setting. Indoor and outdoor kitchens for cooking. Hiking trails are available 4 miles down the road and Silverton OR is about a half hour away. Enjoy this house and surroundings.

Fun family getaway
Cute cozy house, games were fun, beds were comfy, perfect spot on the river for adults, kids and pups. I do not suggest going in the middle of summer as this house had no a/c, it was uncomfortably warm even with the several fans they provided.
