Ya no regresamos

Muy pocas cosas.

Fue algo triste ver qué ya está degradando su servicio, fuimos hace 4 años y una maravillosa experiencia pero está vez uff me canso de hablar ya que fue muy deplorable la comida y el servicio y la atención. Preferí salir a comer y cenar la mayoría de las veces, me entregan la habitación muy tarde y nunca hay espacio para hacer reservación en sus restaurantes chidos, siento que el que halla rechazado el subir a deluxe pagando 8 mil pesos más cambio la atención que me debieron dar, además la que hace las reservaciones te invita a un desayuno y ensartarte tiempos compartidos y la rechazas y mágicamente ya no había espacios para reservar, me la pasé en restaurantes en la marina, las albercas sucias, antes daban alitas y mejor comida en las albercas ahora solo dan totopos y tienes que formarte 30 min para alcanzar pizza, cuentan las porciones de fruta y churros que dan, ya que muy pronto te decian, ya no hay de eso, y te dejaban tragando solo totopos, si no les das propina no te atienden bien, adore al señor que vende los camarones en varilla fue muy atento fue el único que me sorprendió, había un vigilante chaparro prieto que lo cache viendo feo a mi esposa y hasta que lo ajere se aplacó pero nos veía como criminales, me fui en mi vehículo personal y fue la mejor desición ya que fuimos a los Ayala, a Bucerías, a punta de Mita me la pasé más tiempo afuera del hotel, me importo poco haber pagado 29,000 pesos por 6 noches 7 días ya que solo lo usé para dormir y ducharnos, somos muy ordenados y nos marcaron a la habitación algo extraño ya que me cuestionaron el por qué no habían recogido mi cuarto, o se si veían que saliamos mucho y pensaban que los estábamos robando, les entregué la habitación a las 9 am lo que ya queríamos era largarnos de ahí, no volvemos jamás, el hotel de aún lado Vamar maneja mejores costos y servicios ahí si iremos, Meliá decepcionante...

Casi nos vamos por mala atención y AA&BB salvo nuestra estadia

Personal de AA&BB, todos los chefs, encargados, meseros, estuvieron a disposición nuestra para cubrir las necesidades que traiamos de salud ya que mi papá es celiaco y necesitaba alimentación especial, fue magnifico como lo llevaron a cabo y solucionaron todo y más

Personal de GUEST SERVICE y RECEPCIÓN, CALL CENTER, pésima atención, en el call center tanto de Meliá general y de Meliá Puerto Vallarta nos prometieron poder cumplir nuestras necesidades alimenticias por celiaquia (SALUS, NO GUSTOS) y al llegar el personal de GUEST SERVICE nos trato horrible dandonos como solución que nos fueramos del hotel, el personal de RECEPCIÓN al realizar nuestro check in nos prometió cosas que luego no cumplió con tal de vendernos el upgrade (tengan cuidado) y luego nos trato de mentirosos.

Creando Memorias en Vallarta

El hotel, las albercas, la zona de la playa aunque es en la marina estaba bastante bien para poder meterse a nadar. El oleaje bastante tranquilo así que me pareció ideal para mis hijos pequeños. En general conservan bastante bien las áreas generales, los pequeños estanques le dan una vista muy bonita sobre todo en la noche. Además, tienen zonas bien iluminadas. El hecho de que tengan mesas de billar y juegos de mesa también ayuda a mantenerse entretenido mientras descansas del agua.

El jugo del buffet es artificial así que está demasiado dulce. Las opciones de restaurantes y de menús me parecieron limitadas. Esperaba un poco más de variedad. Hubo mala comunicación con el hotel respecto a cómo reservar los restaurantes de especialidad así que hubo dos noches que no pudimos cenar ahí. Pero dentro de todo, se solucionó.

El personal excelente, el hotel muy viejo y con falta de remodelación.

La atención es muy buena sin embargo el hotel es muy viejo, no está remodelado, muebles viejos y manchados, espejos en mal estado y televisión muy pequeña.

Las fotos no tienen nada que ver con las condiciones de los cuartos.

Very expensive hotel for limited options. Will not visit again.

The Beach was extremely dirty. Surprising that the beach was not cleaned / raked daily. No garbage cans around. There were not enough bathrooms around the pool area. Leads you to believe that no one is getting out of the pool for necessities.

All the amenities, 1/2 the price of big name hotels

the property was much nicer than the reviews lead you to believe and I had a great experience. The food was better than a bigger name all-inclusive I was at previously as well. The location is fabulous, and it’s very close to the marina.

It took over an hour to check in, and I was first in line behind one family. My room wasn’t ready and it was past check-in time. It also was a long wait to check out, and they don’t just let you drop keys and go. Also the sheets were a bit rough, which sucks if you’re sunburned. (Even if you’re not, they’re rough, but it’s my fault I burnt). The tub water wasn’t pretty at all, but ran clearer for the shower.

We had an excellent time at the Melia! We meet lots of lovely staff and thoroughly enjoyed the beach

We loved our server Juan in the Queztal, he worked from 3-11pm. We had lunch and dinner with him each day and he ensured we had an excellent experience each meal! Roberto was also fantastic!

The housekeeping seemed a bit inconsistent, it was unclear when to expect housekeeping. Understandable with such a large hotel to clean.

Good position by Marina Vallarta and close to the airport.

The resort is quite old as are the rooms. There is only one electric plug in the whole room and it’s by the floor in the passageway. Good quality good but not great. The beach is small compared to the nearby resorts.

Employees are very kind. The hotel needs to be torn down. I’m serious.

I am so sorry to write this, but the hotel is in extremely bad condition. I don’t want anyone to pay what I payed and stay there.

I don’t know where to begin. It’s the first time in my life it gives the creeps to go to my room. Dirty. Old. My room phone didn’t even have the keys. Didn’t work. Curtains hanging off.

I liked the food and the drinks. I liked the pool. My room was fair enough. I liked the friendliness of the staff.

The staff lost my payment, I was lucky I saved my credit card voucher. The key cards expired before my scheduled check-out date In the bathroom the soap and the paper tissues were not enough. One of the staff members was taking my shoe box without asking, he gave it back when I asked for it.

Fun place for the family with OK food and beverages

Hotel is a little bit dated but well maintaned, staff sometimes is not very friendly but just one call to customer service solved out. In summer there is a lot of people so expect not to have fast service, if you give a good tip to the waiters then all goes better. Food is OK, do not expect 5 stars meals. Overall is a decent service and you get what you paid for, even a little bit better. Kids have a lot of fun and that is what matters the most. If you are looking for premium food and beverages and a super service then spend a little bit more money and go for other options, if your main goal is kids having fun while you have some rest with average food and beverages, then this place is for you.

Location, close to other places of interest.

About everything, no AC in the main lobby, at night when there was an entertainment people was sweating because it was so hot. The beach was nasty, restaurant people was rude (Specially at Vitrales). There was a time they didn't have towels in my room and when I asked for it, they took hours to bring it to my room. If you want ice in your room forget it. you have to go to the lobby and bring your own container. I was vey disappointed.

this property have so much potential but they need to work in the variety of the food there’s not many options you are basically found the same every day for à la Carta and buffets Restaurant for Resevasiones at la carta you need to wake up early before 8Am otherwise you won’t found an spot to have dinner The menu is basically the same in every day menu there is not much activities in the facility they need to update the entertaining program (if you don’t want to be boring you will have to found your own entertainments with the local people on the beach side you will found a better price for any Tour another think the music they play at the pool it sounds terrible do to the speaker are not supporting the volumes pool closed at 6pm note: (ones you doing the check out at 12 noon you won’t have access to the anything in the facility like other resort that they allow you to staying until late afternoon with all your benefits including

The architecture and the big open spaces, the huge pool. Very friendly staff.

Nice location, spacious rooms, beachfront.

Service levels are very, very low.I had issues with waiters forgetting about my order, or never coming back; impersonal receptionist (named Alex, tattooed guy); having to repeatedly call housekeeping to get my room cleaned up, and restaurant reservations not created properly (there is a manual reservation system, in which you have to be at a certain desk to request dinner reservations). To summarize: rates are high, but the inefficient service and lack of attention to detail makes this property feel like a run-of-the-mill, cheap hotel. If you are looking for a minimal service situation, this might be ok. It didn't work for me.
