Very poor

Just the pool area.

Jacuzzi should be hot and was cold and espresso machine was not working, rooms outdated, mold by the shower and sofa bed was very uncomfortable for my daughter. The breakfast wait was 40 min wait. Location is not that great

Club Regina doesn't like bookings

Loved the location and access to beach

We were told that since we booked through booking we couldn't have a better room, all they gave us was an obstructed view room. We also asked for a late check out, but were told that its a booking room that we could only do 11:00am check out. Really felt like a second class citizen, only because we used booking to secure our room. Never did make us feel welcome

I will not return to Club Regina

The breakfast bar was nice. The grounds and pool areas were very nice. The staff was pleasant. Taxi service was good.

Room was shabby, Bathroom was very unattractive and not very functional. Shower door would not slide without great effort. One of the doors would not move and had a missing handle. Tile grout was stained with signs of mildew. The showerhead was preventing a good pressure. The sink had a leak above and below. The upholstery on the chairs was stained and dirty.

Noit recommended unless you are a Raintree Vacation Club Member

This is part of an American based Holiday Club destination. My wife needed wheelchair transportation and there were appropriate ramps throughout the resort. The pools are good and generally sufficient poolside loungers when we were there, but securing beach loungers needed an early start. The restaurant was friendly and the choice sufficient.

The overall decoration, particularly in the rooms, is in need of a major overhall and modernization. I chanced to ask a question at Guest Services and suddenly I was eveloped in offers all of which I eventually found wers geared around trying to attract new members to Raintrr Vacation Club. The next day when Guest Services realized I did not wish to be subjected to a time-wasting hard sell, all the offers were immediate withdrawn. Not being a member of the vacation club, I felt we were treated as different guests.

love the Marina location; lovely grounds; lovely pool that was a perfect temperature; kitchenette was modern and well-stocked

A wonderful and relaxing vacation. Club Regina PV never disappoints.

Breakfast was delicious. The selections were varied. The quality of all of the foods, especially the fruit, was very satisfying.

The staff was very friendly and they were able to change my room to a spectacular suite for New Year's Eve.

Highly dissatisfied.

Location. Close to the Marina.

First room smelled of mold and disinfectant. Smoke alarm was beeping. Ceiling fan light was flashing on and off. After 3 calls to maintenance and 4 hours in the room, the hotel moved us. Second room smelled less but very damp. Everything in our suitcase became moist even though the air conditioning was constantly running. Rooms are old and dated. Bathroom was not clean.

Superb

It’s always clean. The rooms are excellent. The pool is always clean and working. The restaurant has never disappointed. This was my third trip there and they’ve never failed to please me. Short walk to the marina with many shops and restaurants. Wonderful place to stay.

Great Property BUT ...

Great layout . Not crowded . Good food . Excellent staff . Clean clean clean !

This property would have gotten the highest rating were it not for what happened immediately after check in . I didn’t realize this is a time share property . I really dislike when properties want to take 90 minutes of my vacation time for a sales pitch. What I dislike even more is when they get pushy. No thank you means no thank you . I don’t like repeating myself. Outside of that we had a great stay .
