Great location for a few days in PV

Great location. Short walk to the Malecon for shopping and entertainment. Little neighborhood across the street for some local eats, laundry, etc. Decent breakfast buffet, fireworks most nights. Great views from the room! Close to the airport and rental car return.

Hallway noise, staff picking up room service. They seemed to clean the plates and reorganize everything outside in the hallway at 6am. Went on for several minutes....

Lindo hotel en un lugar precioso.

Está muy bien ubicado, las habitaciones son muy amplias y bonitas. Mobiliario cómodo y una linda vista de la bahía

Es un verdadero acoso del personal de ventas de paquetes vacacionales. Desde que llegas hasta el último día. Todos los días te preguntan que qué vas a hacer que si el desayuno te lo dan más barato si vas a una plática etc. yo dejé bien claro desde el primer día que mi viaje era por trabajo y aún así todos los días era lo mismo. Es una lástima por qué Lo que quieres es estar tranquilo en un hotel bonito en un lugar maravilloso como Puerto Vallarta. El Hotel es costoso para ese tipo de comportamiento. Mi opción sería que al llegar te dieran un folleto o algo con la información y si te interesa pues adelante. Otra opción ora booking sería que pusieran un filtro de hoteles donde no quieres ese tipo de promoción y tú decides. No es la primera vez que me pasa en hoteles y la verdad es desagradable. En uno hasta el vendedor se portó desagradable

the service was really bad, in the beach, we had to walk to the pool to order something, because the guy attending the beach was mad with us because we gave him $100 pesos on the first day (we were 1 hour in the beach), so after that, he was a pain in the ass and didn’t help us with anything

due to the effect of the stolen scarf it is very difficult for us to give a proper rating

pool service was excellent. Service personal in the restaurant were super friendly and helpful.

In my room my wife's scarf (Hermes) got stolen. We reported it to the hotel immediately on Monday when we came back from the pool in the afternoon. Unfortunately nothing happened. We talked again to the manager two days later and they let us fill a form. But also here we didn't get any reaction.

clean rooms, pleasant friendly staff, good food choices(opted for the all inclusive food and drink option), have to book early for the restaurants on this deal

the unnecessary hard sell from the staff just after checking in ... tours, boat trips, almost caught us off guard

Internet wifi is terrible, the mattress is extremely soft as a result you sink in the bed which is rather uncomfortable, staff look & treat you differently according to the colour of your wristband, ie- all inclusive get special attention/ treatment. Not very friendly for solo male travellers. At arrival I was seduced to a 50% discount on AI and other bunch of free stuff where it turns up to be a sales propaganda to buy 10y hotel memberships. Not cool at all when you travel to relax. Very uncomfortable situation.

Everything was perfect!

Breakfast was good, but different from what we're use to. The variety of food they had was okay, but needed more authentic food.

The waiters were excellent especially Andres! He took really good care of us when it came down to breakfast.

Perfect, memorable !!!

Beautiful location right on the coast. The facilities, restaurants and bars are exceptional. Super comfortable rooms with everything you need and great views.

A little hallway noise one evening after midnight that woke me up for about a half hour. Some inconsiderate guests. But overall excellence of the facility outweighed that situation.

A nice place to visit and rest.

The location is very good. The view from the rooms are excellent. The Breakfast is excellent. The food is excellent. The staff to assist you are courteous.

They need to provide more time with the swimming pool at least until 9 pm and to add lights . The Beach need to be worked to make it suitable to swim and enjoyable. The need a Bar Restaurant & lounge attractive for young visitors. The pre-arranged shows in the night should be at no cost to the guesses of the resort. Eventually, they will expend enough to cover the cost of the event.

Relaxing with nice pools and wonderful staff.

Wonderful staff. Excellent pools and pool animation. Comfortable lounge chair. Great cocktails. Manucured flowers and trees. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Food menu is sometimes repeated over different places and the quality is not as good as we expected. The best is the large restaurant la Vilata. The animation in the evening were not as good as other places. The beach is not practical for swimming and the sand is coarse. Other hotels have better beaches.

The food not great and that u had to make a reservation for dinner very early in the morning or u had to eat in buffet.The staff was nice but some of them hard to understand us.

Beautiful views and great weather.

The rooms were very nice. The view was awesome. The property was well kept and the staff all were nice.

The beach is awful, we could only use the pool. The food was not good and very over prices. I recommend eating off the property.

Disapppointing

The view and position, the bed linen and beds

We originally booked for 2 nights but cancelled our 2nd night. At 8pm on our first night very loud music started just below our room! It was so loud it woke up my husband who was asleep and we could barely hear each other speak. I rang reception and was informed it would continue until 11pm…which it did. We are in our 70’s and my husband is not well. We booked into the Sheraton expecting better. We have stayed in Sheraton hotels in Australia many times and never experienced that.

Perfect Winter Getaway with Family.

This was our first time staying at the Sheraton in Puerto Vallarta. We booked three rooms for our family during the Christmas holidays, and we were very happy with our choice of property. We loved the beautiful grounds, the friendly staff, and the proximity to Old Town and the Malecon, Our rooms were very clean and nice and the beds were comfortable. Our room included the buffet breakfast, which we enjoyed in the main restaurant overlooking the ocean. We'll definitely return.

The hallways can be noisy due to the design of the building.

La comida no tiene variedad, la playa es muy rocosa Overall the quality of the food and attention of the staff was poor just looking out for money instead of offering good services for the price paid. Very bittersweet stay, I hope this review serve as an exclamation sign for the staff and the managers. The good points are the towel service at pool and waiters at the restaurants they are doing their jobs, but for extra activities such as whale seeing or the Maritas tour we felt like we were excluded and the tours were only for foreigners this apply for the shows offered at night too. It is worh mentioning that our room was tearing down apart, the bath and the AC system were just bad. The Pool was good And the food offered there too, but the room service left our dirt dishes out of our room during 3 days. Also the taxi service is very unfair compared to the platforms such as Uber since it cost us 500 mxn instead of 80mn for our trip back to the airport.
