Agradable

El personal muy atento, las instalaciones limpias, poca variedad de comida pero muy rica, las habitaciones cómodas, el ambiente muy agradable. Esta cerca del malecón (en coche) y hay varias plazas y super cerca.

El congelador del refri nunca funcionó, no teníamos línea en el teléfono ni para llamar a recepción, nos tocó en una habitación que daba a la avenida y tanto en la noche como en la mañana desde muy temprano se escuchaba el ruido y la pitadera de los coches. El precio de los alimento y bebidas (en caso de no todo incluido) son muy altos.

Hotel de ambiente familiar , excelente ubicacion , con acceso a playa

Hotel ideal para ir con familia , el personal es amable , el precio va en relacion a los servicios recibidos , el servicio en playa de los meseros es excelente , sin embargo la calidad de la comida al menos en la playa no es buena.

Los snacks que consumimos en el servicio de playa es regular , no consumimos comida en los restaurantes del hotel, el precio de las bebidas es un poco alto , sin embargo cierta hora del dia ofrecen 2x1 y los meseros son amables en estar al pendiente cde aprovechar esa oferta

El desayuno es sumamente simple, los platillos son normales. Si su expectativas es cumplir con niveles diamante deben mejorar el nivel de los platillos (i.e.: como mejor en mi casa)

No tuvimos suerte con la habitación y resultó muy ruidosa. Frente al almacén , las cacatúas, y para colmo un grupo enorme de jóvenes gritando todas las noches. Los restaurantes buenos pero no entendí porque no los abrían todos los días a pesar de que el lugar estaba lleno

Nightmarish. By far the worst beach hotel experience. Stay away!

Really hard to find something to like among so many dislikable aspects. Nothing farther from a resort.

- Poor communication. They never replied to booking messages. - Deceiving room descriptions. We were trying to confirm we'd get a room with ocean view, as the description on Booking did not mention that. Seems this is purposefully hidden. We never got a reply. At the counter, we mentioned that and we were not offered to change to a room we'd like. We were given a noisy room close to the street. - Dated facilities. Everything seems old in the rooms. Fridge in shambles, only analog channels on TV, neon lamps in the bathroom... - Stinky shower curtain. They should change it for a clean one after guests leave. - No sustainable, environment-friendly options for towel laundering. - Insufficient pillows. Only one pillow per person, so you cannot stay and read in bed, if you so desired. - Very reduced public spaces, leading to crowds everywhere. Hard to find a free spot by the pools or at the beach. Few tables at the restaurants. The one designated for breakfast was a total mess, with long waiting lines just to get a table assigned! (see photo) - Unwelcoming, unapologetic staff. We were sitting at the beach when two staff members approached us to ask for us to move to another area, as we were at the "elite members only". We were supposed to guess that, as no signs were posted about restricted access or the like. The staff did not even apologize for the inconvenience. - The hotel should be sued for animal cruelty. They keep two large parrots secluded in a cage. They even note in a plaque that they have been there for years (supposedly happy). Their feathers have fallen off, leaving large areas of their bodies unprotected. A terrible, saddening and angering sight (see the photos). - They started strident maintenance operations at 6:30 AM on Friday. Trucks kept entering and leaving the parking lot next to the room all morning. Nightmarish.

If you're buying or you're a member of a time share, it's nice.

Beach, rooms are clean, and the waiters are great.I

Hotel mainly for time share members. Aggressive sales time-share sales personnel. Clean nice rooms and nice beach Excellent room cleaning personal. Premises and room clean. Excellent pools, I like the heated pools. All staff excellent except upon arrival. Receptionist and host/sales techniques made me uncomfortable. The receptionist is unfriendly. Host upset because we didn't want to talk time share business. I reserved a two bedroom room and I got two rooms instead. No problem because they connect through the balcony. In the lobby every one is in a scheme to sell time share including the receptionist that tells everyone that" your room will be ready in 30 minutes but it's time for the time share sale personnel to go to work. The activities guy, the host, the concierg all. The objective is to sell. Very uncomfortable to say "no thank you." The hotel caters to members and potential members. Visitors are like second-class guests. It would be nice for the administration to ease up on the sales person's aggressiveness. Members get the best rooms. Beautiful beach and hotel overall except in the lobby. There's a 15% across-the-board tip applied to your in-hotel consumption, except in the sports bar.

our family with a small child wanted to eat at the restaurant el patron. husband took a shower, put on clean clothes, ralph lauren. restaurant employee at the entrance, did not let my husband go inside. She said we do not dine wet customers. you can't eat here. wet??? wet hair and a well-dressed customer can't eat here???? the child is hungry, all the restaurants in hotel area are closed at this moment and this one restaurant kicked us out! we are not the first time in this hotel but with this attitude we want to leave today. it's disgusting and not fair. in this restaurant people were sitting in bathing suits, and in the evening in panty !!!! in the end, we went to a restaurant in argentina and spent the money there. I think what happened today is unacceptable. please care about this.

We had a fantastic experience and will definitely return.

The staff were absolutely incredible. The activities folks were so much fun. The waiters and food staff were incredible as well. Jesus, the waiter was one of the highlights of our experience, such a great personality and really went above and beyond to try and accommodate us.

Food and drinks at the resort were pretty expensive. 2 drinks from el patron cost us over $40 USD. The breakfast was decent cost and quality matched up.

definitely returning . great value at price point

great location, all 3 pools are beautiful and clean. beach access makes it very convenient. close to city center. staff was wonderful especially the activities center and buffet. rooms and hotel are clean.

Good location overall, nice beach, nice pools. Rooms are starting to look a little bit old in comparison with other hotels, but still nice.

I didn't like to be invited to visit "a new hotel from the franchise" only to realize it was a sales session for their membership program. With a more honest initial offer I would've denied the invitation and saved both theirs and my time.

central location, my room was upgraded which was very nice. lots of pools/kids. Pool staff was great.

check in was over an hour and coming and going from the place was a challenge. I tried to go back to look for something I lost and it was an ordeal. lots of staff but also lots of things that doesn’t make sense.

The beach is not as pictured; way smaller due to lounge chairs and umbrellas filling a majority of what you see in the promo photo. Our dinner was barely edible.

Beware of outrageous prices on property

The facilities

The prices on property are ridiculous. It was never that bad before. Kids Motrin is $30 (I found an identical one at a pharmacy 5 min away for 3 times less). Breakfast $25 per person. A box of cereal at the convenience store is $12. They charge a "service fee" for every transaction and then ask tip on top of it.

Relaxing and rejuvenating trip

The resort has three pools and is spread over grounds with some lovely landscaping. The beach and pool chairs were comfortable. Beach was safe for swimming and could walk extensively along the coast. There were a variety of crafts and activities at the Kids Club and Evening Events that was a nice variety for my child. Note that the Kids Club is activity based, not a drop off for extensive periods model.

Some information re the Kids Club, Included Breakfast, etc was confusing as not many staff were fluent in English.

Really good food and location

The hotel canceled a the booking supposedly because they didn't recognize the card and sent us a new one but with 1 person instead of 2 (in the small print)... so when arrived got noticed that we needed to pay a hundred and something more USD per person per night... 3.- We asked the receptionist, apparently this happens at least 5 times a day... basically is a scam. We had to be there for 3 hours until they said sorry and proceeded to check us in.

lovely and great value for money.

we loved that there were 3 pools. depending on shade and activity you get some good variety. beach space is great and staff are all really nice. our room was massive, and we had 2 bathrooms. really nice to have a kitchenette available.

food and drink is really expensive. we ate most of our meals across the street for a fraction of the price but that’s like any hotel.
