quit, clean, well-decorated, beautiful. breakfast was very good.
property is fine but the exchange rate they play where they convert from the booked USD to pesos at a bad rate so when it shows up on your credit card it is higher than the original booking price is really beneath them for a high class property, just to squeeze a few bucks extra. Quote me and book with a peso denominated price, then. Left a bad taste. Staff were friendly, competent and helpful. Overall a good experience. the restaurant food and service is quite good as well.

Most breathtaking location, food, people and experience. From the staff at the reception to the waiters in the restaurant, me and my partner felt taken care of in every way. Even though there’s no phones in the hotel rooms we could contact the reception through WhatsApp which was so much more convenient. I was able to text them while by the pool to make massage reservations instead of going there or having to call from the room like one usually has to. The ritual in the spa by the beach was such a unique experience and it was amazing waking up and going to the yoga class. We had a late checkout and were able to squeeze in a boat tour. It was so so cool! The weather was perfect, the ocean was absolutely beautiful and the crew was really informative. After our snorkel there was ceviche and fresh fruit served. Now that is service. We can’t wait to come back

The location was good, however not walking distance from the main beach of tulum
Everything except from the location was terrible. The room was full of misquotes, you could hear every sound coming feom the kitchen amd the near rooms, and we could therefore not sleep before 12 at night and after 6 in the morning. The facilities of this hotel are not even near a 5 star hotel, starting from the gym which doesn’t exist. There is no one in the reception desk between 11 at night to seven in the morning, so if anything is needed at that time noone is there to help, except from a guard who doesn’t speak english at all. Generally the approach of the staff was unprofessional and most of them didn’t know well English either. The whole common space (which was very small) smelled from the kitchen (mostly fried food). I cannot understand how this hotel has managed to be rated as a 5 star hotel with very basic amenities missing, and of course nit to mention that the price per night is ridiculously high!! Don’t go there, you will ruin your holidays!!!!

was pretty remote but that was ok

The location is idea--away from the beach dance party set on an idyllic bay. The staff were superb--kind, efficient, and always there with any request. The rooms were well appointed and the views cannot be beat. The pool. I mean...the pool alone is magic.
We were there during the slow time which meant renovations before the crowds come back. But the hotel and restaurant staff were super accommodating. They offered complimentary massages and were great about telling us times when the noise would be loudest. Only downside is that there wasn't a gym. Some of the dishes at the restaurant were great while others were so-so.

Fantastic location, right on a private beach in Soliman Bay. Great restaurant with breakfast inclusive.
For the expensive price, the rooms are OK and a little bare on furniture. During the heavy rainy season, our room was semi-flooded one evening when the showers were extreme. The hours of operations on the pool and the kayaking & canoe equipment was frustrating, only available from 9-5pm (when typically after 5pm is the best time to go out and kayak out of the hot Tulum sun).

Food was amazing, and about what I expected prize wise. Beach was small, secluded, quiet, and private which is what I was looking for. The bay was great for swimming and snorkeling.
There was a faint odor of sea weed from time to time. Otherwise, everything met expectations.

lovely hospitality, great food, good spa and calm and peaceful beach
there is a very slight smell at times which might be the seaweed but it comes and goes

A really beautiful and lovely place. This is the perfect place when you just want to chill and relax.
We arrived a day later because our flight was canceled and I wish they would have given us a refund or credit to use at the restaurants and spa or something.. If you go to this place I recommend doing it before or after visiting other places as the hotel is in a very distant and separated place, so you don't end up spending too much on the taxi rides. But it's really a great place for a staycation. :)

Beautiful grounds, exceptional views. Staff was excellent and attentive. Spa treatment was amazing!! No real complaints would stay again!
Not enough variety for food. Drinks were weak and overpriced.

I liked the aesthetics and how it wasn’t in the middle of all the chaos and parties.
They could have had more food options. The only thing I can say it was amazing was the ceviche.

beautiful haven, not too busy. staff kept the beach and property wonderfully clean. there were nice areas where you could have privacy. they had great towels, which makes such a difference.
restaurant had delicious food, but a bit European. I’d have liked a couple more Mexican choices. the road to it was like the surface of the moon - please fix! the childrens pool is incredibly deep.

Everything was amazing! The hotel was so beautiful and peaceful and it was amazing to not be in Tulum and to have our private beach. The Spa was so relaxing and the restaurant food was amazing. Definitely recommend the Italian pasta and the all inclusive Breakfast was wonderful! We had a lovely guy who served us every morning call Marcel who made us laugh and was super friendly.
Food was quite expensive.

This intimate boutique hotel is a gem! Gorgeous food, attentive service, wonderful, caring owners. Jashita's personalized service grows on you. And not to forget the superb team from Adventure Shack based on-site that took my sons and I on incredible adventures, including snorkeling in bat caves and exploring the Tulum archeological ruins with a Mayan guide.
A separate menu for lunch and dinner would be preferable but the quality of the food makes up for the current set-up. Must try the whole fish to share. We had a whole seabass for three, caught the night before, made Meditteranean style, which is still singing on our pallet! Served on the hotel's rooftop under a full moon sky. We will be back!!!

Amazing sea-front resort. Private, quiet, classy and well-resourced.
I loved it all.

we had stayed in the zona hotelera for a few nights before coming here - and we much preferred it here. Quiet, secluded, a stunning bay (with free snorkels, paddle boards, kayaks) to explore. restaurant has good variety and is actually reasonably priced. They serve free Sangria on the rooftop infinity pool in the afternoon - which we had entirely to ourselves one afternoon. the owner of the restaurant speaks to every table at the restaurant to make suggestions and point out the specialities of the menu - which pointed us to some great meals and drinks we wouldnt have tried. we had a plunge pool on our balcony which was basically a private pool for our toddler.
Almost nothing. Its worth noting that the sand in the zona hotelera is superior (pure white sand, there are sharp rocks and shells at the beach at Jashita). but the calm secluded bay / natural wildlife offset this for me. it depends what youre after!

Loved the secluded location away from the party area of Tulum. Small Bay the hotel is located on was protected by a reef so snorkeling and kayaking were great. Saw a ray in the early evening a foot from shore.
Wished the Italian restaurant at the hotel had more local dishes.

Where to start? Everything was absolutely perfect. The location is beautiful, staff is fantastic and will do whatever it takes to please the guests. Breakfast is awesome.
As hard as I am trying to find something, I can’t.
