The location at the lake is great. The staff was very friendly. Everything was very clean.
The Hotel must have been built in the 80ties or earlier.
It must have been very glamorous at his prime.
Now you can see the age. it is well maintained, but not longer up to actual standard. It has it's charm, though.

We had a spacious Japanese-style room with a nice view of Mount Fuji. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The reception staff speaks English. The onsen is clean and relaxing. We enjoyed our stay at this Hotel.

the hotel is located at the red line bus stop.
very wide room I like it.
1.check in, check out time not value compared with the service fee (15.00pm-10.00am) too late check in and too early for checking out.
2.VERY DUSTY ROOM, FURNITURE AND BEDDING LIKE NEVER CLEAN. The table has food stains. which i have to clean as can as possible to do. :( :(
3. bed is sunk with a deep hole EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE. also the mattress for tatami was NOT CLEANED and DUSTY :(
4.The room was feel haunted and we heard some weird noise attacking the wall at night (this one is only me and my friend’s feeling and experiences. Please use discretion for this point)
3.7
The room is large and clean, not far from the station with a connection.
no razor😂

The location is okay. We booked the property as it had a good view of Mt. Fuji. The property serves fixed 2 item breakfast and there is nothing open in the morning there in terms of breakfast. Maybe breakfast can be provided.
The room we booked first for 2 people was much too costly and cramped for the size. We had to upgrade to a bigger room and pay an even higher price difference!! Fixed menu breakfast.

Very spacious room. Comfortable beds. Good onsen. Bus stop for sightseeing buses near by.
Would need some renovation.

The location is walkable from Kawaguchi ko station, and it is very quiet during the night. The hotel has rooms on both the lake and Mt. Fuji sides, and we had a room that looked towards Mt.Fuji, which was nice. The hotel has a hot spring and a weird steam room, so you get a hot spring facility but only for the inside pool. The rooms are big, and for two people, we got a very big room with two western-style beds, a tatami room and extra space with a chair and a table. Not sure since it was not peak time, but the whole hotel was super quiet, and it almost felt as there was no bodyelse.
The whole hotel looked very old, and parts of the room needed refurbishments. The toilet did not smelt very clean, and the hot spring looked old. I the steam room sauna in the hotel I do not recommend it since they have this room that looks like a waiting room, and there are five small chairs that you sit on and don't do any relaxing. The staff are not rude, but a lot of the time when we came in, nobody was at the front desk, and although they can give you advice if you ask them, there is a lot of information that they do not offer unless you ask them. The whole place looks as if it used to be very popular but is not anymore, and it does need some more excitement for the facility and the staff. There is no food facility in the hotel except for when you "request" breakfast, and it also stated in a lot of Japanese that you could go into a foot bath and go to a ship to fish Kawasagi and also borrow table tennis, but this was only written in Japanese and only on the website. It seemed that many facilities were unavailable (no water in the footbath spa).

very good

the onsen and the full view of there Lakw Kawaguchi and the magnificent view of Mount Fuji behind the hotel.
Fixtures were dated and interiors of room needs a new facelift. bare minimal.

the sauna and hot bath area and the very friendly and helping staff
the breakfast was a bit small, however considering the price this is ok.

Friendly and approachable staff made our stay hassle free and comfortable. The location is super convenient!

The room was big for the price we paid. We stayed in a room with both Tatami area and western style beds. Free parking is available. Staffs are nice and helpful. They even allowed us to check-in early for free ( 30 mins). It is very close to Lake Kawaguchi.
The facilities look quite old. I expected a bit more for the public bath.
3.7
The room was certainly nice with the view of Mt Fuji. Five of us stayed in the same room which was financially reasonable. The bathhouse was nice. Renting the bikes was fun also. And the location was so quiet and peaceful.
Not many restaurant options but understandable due to the Covid. We liked the Lawson nearby.

The view of Fuji from the parking lot is awesome but then you get to the room and it's just wow!
Staff were friendly and accommodating to all our requests.
Very clean and even offered hand sanitizer as a welcome present.
Room was huge, we were with a 7month old and he loved the open tatami space.
Bath was gold!
In room shower wasn't great.
