Perfekter Aufenthalt für einen Zwischenstopp. Immer wieder gerne!

Leckeres Frühstück von 4 Uhr - 10 Uhr (Wochendende bis 11 Uhr). Typisch Englisch, knusprige Kartoffelecken, Müsli, Joghurt, Obst, Säfte und auch Waffeln kann man sich selbst drisch zubereiten. Das Hotel ist sehr leicht zu Fuß (ca. 5-7 Minuten) und zu finden und obwohl es so nah am Flughaben liegt, sind die Zimmer sehr leise und es ist nichts von Fluglärm zu hören. Das freundlichste Hotel in dem ich je gewesen bin. Stets hilfsbereit und mit einem Lächeln im Gesicht. Die Betten sind sehr bequem.

Nice easy place to stay at Stansted airport

Walking distance from the airport and a breakfast that starts at 4am!

My toilet, it started running water like it was flushing constantly at about 10pm and didn’t stop all night

A great, upmarket and convenient airport hotel

It was a great stay and I was wishing it were longer. A lovely, comfortable, smart room overlooking the runway. Great bathroom with good, fluffy towels. Reliable wake-up call. Easy check-in. Very short walk to the terminal. Large public rooms. Just perfect for what I needed. Good range of TV channels. Tea and coffee set etc.

I did not see anything I didn't like. It was absolutely fine as an airport hotel. I didn't have time to enjoy all the facilities even.

Excellent breakfast, friendly staff, wonderful comfortable queen size bed. It was perfect for one night stay after my flight. I will definitely stay again.

Small issue but quickly listened to when I voice this on checking out, which made me know this was not their usual practice. I was heard and I knew it would be immediately rectified. Nothing to do with hotel. The airport lifts were not working when I stayed but airport staff very helpful.

No lift to terminal

Basic, but clean

Should have been notified that the lifts to the airport terminal were not working. This is what young lady sitting at the lifts told us. Lot of steps with bags

Close to fetch but the room was quite outdated and pricey

Close to the airport and quite easy to get to (even tho the airport elevators where out of service and we were re-routed). The staff were friendly and helpful. Dinner in the restaurant was nothing fancy but quite ok, a bit pricey tho.

At first everything seemed nice, but the room itself was out-dated and many things broken (the doors of the TV-cabin almost fell off as well as the handles of the nightstand shelves, shower was leaking to the bathroom floor etc). We had a family room with two kids set on the sofa bed which was quite awful (even our small kids were feeling the mattresses springs underneath them). There were no EU power-outlets nor an adaptor. You could buy one from a vending machine in the lobby.

L’Hotel è stato scelto sicuramente per la sua posizione e vicinanza all’Aeroporto di Stansted e facendo parte del gruppo Hilton anche per il livello dei servizi e della stanza.

Mi aspettavo di più visto che la struttura appartiene al gruppo Hilton la stanza niente di che funzionale visto che ci interessava solo per una notte per poi prendere l’Aereo l’indomani, visto anche il prezzo più servizi gratuiti a disposizione per i clienti nella zona Hall dell’Hotel, arredamento datato della stanza e una pulizia che lasciava un po’ a desiderare, diffusore doccia l’acqua usciva non bene

Avoid as shocking manager

Location

Heating was broken on arrival in the room and a buzzing occurred all night meaning we didn't sleep. I spoke to the manager about it and he was very rude

Ideal para coger un vuelo temprano

Un hotel de lo más correcto y confortable. Llegas caminando en 10 minutos a la terminal, se agradece no tener que andar con transfers y demás. El desayuno empieza a las 4:00 am, esencial para coger vuelos temprano.

Pedimos unos sandwich para cenar y nos pusieron una rebanadas frías de pan de molde y unas patatas horrorosas. Nada recomendable el restaurante, mejor ayunar. Muy indignante la verdad.

Some serious water pressure issues at this hotel.

The location was brilliant for our early flight the next morning. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food was good.

No water pressure for our showers in the morning and our toilet was making some crazy gargling sounds all night.

Good for a decent stay for the night for what I paid but breakfast in a bag was not a good experienc

Get what you pay for.

Quick breakfast in a bag was awful, I had an earlier flight, and wanted the breakfast earlier but only give you the bags at 2pm not before, didn't have time to eat it on the way to the airport and breakfast wasn't good.

Great location minutes from the airport and comfortable room.

Didn't avail of breakfast. Had excellent meal from the Bar Menu. Comfortable room with very good Eco shower. Appreciated being able to check in way earlier than usual.

Wasn't anything I didn't like. Room was a small bit over warm even with air con.

Lovely friendly service and lots of trust for customers.

Last orders for food at 9:30 although understandable. People travel at all times for flights and it would be good to get hot food later if possible.

Lovely place

I was positively surprised how nice everything was, from the friendly welcome, the decor, the room, the stylish bathroom, to the delicious breakfast. So much better than the local alternative where I had stayed before. I really enjoyed my time there, thank you. I found it just a little bit difficult to find when I arrived late at night by bus. More signs would be good, there's none at the bus station...

Close to Stansted airport. Good self serve breakfast. Quick check in. Nice walk in shower. Good price for Hilton brand 126 pounds a night.

Double bed was a tad small for such a big room. One towel had yellow stains!

the hotel and the friendly staff lived up to expectations WELL DONE EVERYONE

Booked a room with a runway view. We got exactly what we wanted the view was excellent we could see all aircraft movements and photography was possible.

Thought the parking charge was a bit steep £15 would have been more acceptable.

The room was surprisingly quiet for being on the airport site and along the train line to go to London. Large room and beds very large and comfortable.

Would definitely stay again

The location is right beside the airport, a short walk but there is a covered canopy most of the way. Hotel is well presented throughout and very clean. Rooms are nice size and have crisp linen and fluffy towels. Great selection of food at breakfast and starts at 4am.
