I like everything here, great view , fantastic services from hosts , good foods serve fresh.

The carpark not at the property. You can park front of property on the parking area on the road maximum 10 minutes. Then you got to manage your time to walk across the road. Walk up to the walk way and entry to the property. If you have lots of your belongings and come in n your own. You got to be quick and good time management to finish everything within 10 minutes. After that you will get the Carpark QR code from the host to park somewhere else but not far from property, it takes about 1-2 minutes drive and you could be confused where is their parking because loads of parking slots there. A part of this. All perfect for money to stay here. Especially if you are the couple

Excellent few days,couldn’t have asked for better

The breakfast was lovely, with our hosts serving us very promptly,excellent selection of cereals ,yoghurts and fruit, plenty of toast ,jam etc.The location was superb ,right on the quay side with excellent views .

My partner Dave and I were very pleased with our stay. Our hosts were very welcoming and accommodating with our needs and we were impressed with the room and parking arrangements.

There was a plaque on the wall which we took offence to as it wasn’t very nice towards northern people. If we’d known they preferred southern visitors we wouldn’t have booked

Friendly welcome/staff but felt we should have paid less for the small bedroom with no view

Nice breakfast

Overall too cramped and the view from our room was a blank wall. We were expecting a view overlooking the harbour, there was nothing on the booking form to suggest otherwise, the whole point of staying in Looe was to enjoy a good view, I have far better views from my bedroom window at home!

The location was great and the option of paying a bit extra for parking was really helpful. The B&B is lovely and the hosts were great.

Very clean, pleasant hosts and perfect location. Would definitely stay there again. Bed was extremely comfortable, room was lovely and it was a decent shower. The best guesthouse I've ever stayed in.

I would recommend maybe adding something like hash browns to the breakfast as even the large breakfast wasn't quite enough if you don't like eggs.

We enjoyed our stay very much, and found plenty to do and and places to eat.

Room was well presented and clean. Our view was really nice. Breakfast was plentiful and lots of choice, nothing was to much trouble.

Not that anything can be done about it but the seagulls were so noisy even at night.

Solo traveller

Great location and stunning room with an amazing view (room 1) which was incredibly clean,bonus having parking permit too. Loads of places to eat.The boat rides around the bay were great and visit to Polperro was breathtaking.Looe itself is a very well kept secret...truly beautiful. Also thank you to the lovely hosts. I will be going back.
