Es ist ein nettes Hotel mit einer guten Lage und einer schönen Außenanlage.

Tolle Außenanlage, alles sehr sauber und gepflegt, Essen war lecker

Das Personal hätte etwas freundlicher sein können, manchmal leider etwas passiv. Wünsche wurden dann aber umgesetzt.

When we are in Accra, we will stay there again.

The hotel was like a hidden gem. Very well kept. The staff was very friendly and accomodating to our needs. We would stay there again.

Smooth and content experience

The staff were really helpful when making arrangements for our travel to the property and back to the airport. Likewise I was really thankful they were able to provide a small packed breakfast for our early morning journey.

Elijah, Helena & Nora are very friendly

Twice I have had an issue and asked for the manager to call. Manager never follows up. My last visit they say the manager passed away but act as of there is no one to handle customer complaints. Will NOT be using Mahogany Lodge again. Also not a good value for the price charged.

Excellent position and the staff went out of their way to help me with transportation to and from the airport. Magnificent. Phiphi was the name of my driver

No drinking water in the room. I had to ask for the tv remote. The restaurant was not very friendly

Great location and friendly customer service. . Serene environment with cozy swimming pool to match.

My room was located across the street from the main hotel building. Wish it was adjoined.

The breakfast options were unsatisfactory, many items listed on their menu were not available in the kitchen.

Our airconditioner was not working for two of the four nights we stayed in the room, this was fixed. The breakfast options was not good enough, and we were chased out of the dining room while still drinking our coffee.

If I'm lucky enough to come back to Accra, I will definitely stay again at Mahagony Lodge.

I liked everything. Especially the extraordinarily helpful staff. The front desk loaned me a plug adapter to recharge my devices until I could buy my own, and supplied me with band-aids to protect a blister on my thumb. Security kept my bicycle (which I had borrowed from a friend) safely behind a locked gate and retrieved and stored it for me before and after each use. The grounds were lovely, the food was fine, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and warm without being stuffy or servile. I felt grateful every moment of my week-long stay.

Staff was very nice and professional, breakfast was also really good, and location is good.

The room was not worth 90 dollars for us. Hot water worked only partly, the tap was not fixed in the sink, when you open the bathroom door you hit the toilet and the bed was not very comfortable, besides that the furniture looked old.
