Perfect!

Location was great, lots of great food close by. Staff was excellent!

It’s weird that the bathroom door is like sort of sheer and if the light is on in there you can see the person’s silhouette. That’s literally the only thing though everything else was awesome

One of the friendliest nicest hotels I’ve stayed at and I was a flight attendant!

Everyone and thing was wonderful. Their attention to detail was amazing. The staff was fabulous and what a beautiful hotel. It was great.

The properly was fabulous. But upsetting was the area. It was center city Philly which is lovely but sadly there were literally homeless people sleeping on the street by the hotel, which isn’t the hotel’s fault but definitely concerning.

Schone kamers maar hoge prijs ten opzichte van aangeboden faciliteiten

Het hotel is in centrum van de stad en op wandelafstand van het station. De kamers zijn zeer schoon.

De prijs is aan de hoge kant. Kamers zijn vrij horig waardoor gasten in de gangen of kamers ernaast goed hoorbaar zijn. De wifi is belachelijk zwak voor zo’n modern gebouw. Wie een koffie bestelt in de bar beneden, moet een ‘service charge’ betalen bovenop de al hoge prijs en dat voor een norse bediening.

Very great location, clean and modern! Would definitely come again!

The hotel itself was very modern and clean! The room was very comfortable even though it was a little small we loved it!

The only thing we really can say we didn’t like was that the hotel didn’t have its own parking and we had to pay across the street! Besides that we loved everything!

Perfect stay for the weekend away

I absolutely loved this hotel. Super modern, very minimal, clean, incredible location and views, just overall a very positive experience. Bathrooms are updated and stunning, no carpet, great lighting. I will actually be returning to this hotel as a vacation stay away for the weekend. The one thing I would note is that as amazing as this hotel is, you will need to pay for parking and it's not cheap. I believe its $42-50 a day depending on whether you want to drive your car during your stay. Excellent hotel otherwise! Staff was great! Especially Mo!

Parking situation, I understand having to pay for parking but I think $42-50 a day is pretty expensive and depending on the duration of your stay, that will add up quickly!

This is an excellent hotel for the value and the staff helps make it so!

The staff was very accommodating; the room was very clean; the location is central and convenient. The bed was comfortable and the window could be opened for fresh air. I was surprisingly impressed with this hotel.

Micro Zimmer. Hellhörig, untere Etagen sehr laut (Lüftung, Gebläse) und keine Aussicht aus Zimmer!! Nur Handtuch- Tausch keine Reinigung! Sehr schmutziges, staubiges zimmer!

Convenient location, modern, clean and comfortable

Location was great - near the train station to walk with cases (10mins) but not too close. 30 mins walk to old town and rocky stairs. Modern rooms, comfortable beds and nice clean room/bathroom.

Our view was a bit rubbish but we were only there one night

We will be back!

We loved the upscale minimalist aesthetic! It was a fresh atmosphere and the staff was extremely kind. The room was the perfect size for a quick stay and the added Mexican rooftop bar was a huge added bonus. We definitely will be staying here again!

Excellent value in a MODERN, CLEAN space. Hilton really exceeded expectations with the Motto line.

Location: Close (walking distance) to excellent cafes, restaurants, museums and yet SO QUIET at night. Cleanliness: Exceeded my expectations Decor: Modern & minimal decor to soothe the traveller's senses Staff: Efficient but courteous/friendly

Bathroom door was frosted glass so privacy was somewhat compromised (I shared the room with a close friend but still!) No coffee (in cafe or in room) after noon.

Good location, nice 3* hotel

Good location, walking distance to main attractions, also to train station. Well sized, functional room, good view. Clean.

Unfortunately on sunday all restaurants were either closed or had very limited working hours :-( Stayed only one night and was disappointed that i could not enjoy the terrace. Also, no breakfast available, though there is a small cafe (El Cafe) in the front of the lobby with some breakfast options available (at an additional cost, pastry, some sandwiches).

There wasn’t much soap in the soap bottles and it was hard to get a drink in the middle of the night cause there was no vending machine I also had no view I was facing other windows and a roof the parking was also very expensive on top of the stay I didn’t see anything about 50$ parking when I booked this room

Overall, and for the price, it was a great experience.

Great location, easy to access major spots, and near stores and clubs. I also like the little happy hour food and drinks, and the prices were pretty fair.

I didn't like the bathroom so close to the bed, but there is little to do about that. I just don't like smelling when people poop.

Solid choice in a good location, don't expect perks

The common areas are attractive and have good options for morning coffee, a drink at the end of the day. Didn't try supper. The location is convenient. Despite some misgivings I would recommend this hotel.

The room was not well cleaned and there are not enough electrical outlets for modern life. The cafe is seriously understaffed in the mornings, with long lines and wait times.

Fun place to stay for a weekend visit to Philly.

Very clean and connected to an awesome restaurant/bar. The area it was in was also very walkable with lots of places to eat and drink.

My only complaint is the bathroom was right next to the bed. This took getting used to but really wasn’t a big deal.

Everything was closed when we were there on Sunday, the restaurant, the roof, and there was very little ambience. Our room also smelled like weed, they offered to move us, but it didn’t really bother us much.

Great hotel at a fantastic location

Super friendly counter staff who offered me an early check in. Had the bunk bed which was so fun! Room was huge and comes with its own bathroom. Walking distance to the amtrak train station. Dont miss the food truck nearby. delicious.

Philly is lovely, must come back and stay when the weather is warmer. My type of hotel.

The location is good, very central . Didn't have breakfast, There's a open plan bar/eatery and a coffee dock near the front door. Very comfortable and great views. See picture for view from room 10th floor.
