Hotel z gorącymi źródłami i pięknym widokiem na Osakę w centralnej lokalizacji.

Super lokalizacja przy kanale i promenadzie Dotonbori oraz ulicy handlowej Shinsaibashi. Obsługa cudowna. Gdy na recepcji poprosiliśmy o kieliszki do wina to dostaliśmy je starannie zawinięte w folię w koszyku żeby bezpiecznie zanieść do pokoju. W pokoju czekały na nas specjalne stroje w których codziennie chodziliśmy na spa/gorące źródła znajdujące się na najwyższym piętrze hotelu. Dobre, duże urozmaicone śniadania. Na recepcji można kupić napoje bezalkoholowe oraz wina w bardzo dobrych cenach. Obsługa poleciła nam pobliską restauracje sushi, która była wyjątkowa.

Good location with helpful staff

great location and is in between two stations. Beds are comfortable. Staff is helpful.

The onsen is prone to overcrowding which compromises on the cleaniness somewhat Likewise, might be difficult to find a seat during peak breakfast hours. There are two or three convenient stalls nearby if one decides to skip breakfast. Just have to manage your expectations.

Our stay at Candeo Hotels Osaka Namba was very pleasant. The location was great but the hotel seemed a little run down.

The property is in a great location, near Dotonbori so it was interesting to walk around and there were so many restaurants and food stalls. The room was a decent size, but if I stayed here again, I would not get the king sized bed. It was actually two smaller beds pushed together to make one big bed so it was really wide! The bed took up half the room, and left very little space for our suitcases. We could’ve fit 4 people on that bed. My son loved the sofa bed that was right up against the window. I guess this is a common configuration for Candeo hotel rooms since we had the same type of bed arrangement in our Candeo Roppongi room. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. There was a laundry room which I really appreciated, however it was constantly in use whenever I checked, and the tv function that allowed us to see which machines were being used was not accurate so I had to keep going up to check. It was nice that there was a public bath and relaxation room on the top floor. The hotel provided spa outfits and slippers. The drink and ice cream vending machines were nice too.

On first glance the hotel seems classy and upscale, but on closer inspection, there were signs of wear and tear. There were stains on the carpet in front of the elevator, there was dust built up on the edges of the hallways, the wallpaper that was supposed to simulate bamboo wood panels was wrinkled in many areas. It just seemed a bit run down. We stayed at a Candeo in Roppongi that looked pristine and didn’t have any of these issues. Maybe the Osaka Candeo is older? It just seemed like maintenance was slipping.

Fun Stay

This was the biggest bed we’d ever seen anywhere in our whole lives. Large room with a small couch in it. Unheard of for Japan. The facilities had a spa but we didn’t get to use them. Very busy hotel with lots of tourists, very few Japanese people. You are a few blocks from all the tourist areas- the shopping, street food and all the weird girls clubs.

Touristy. It’s not as close to a train as we’d like.

It’s was just expensive for no reason and compared to the price the quality of service was very bad the beds were not made well while me checked in the toilets where smelly

Great onsen facilities and large comfy bed!

The hot springs at the top level were really beautiful and were tattoo friendly for my small tattoos! Bed was also really large and comfortable.

An affordable great place to stay.

Easy access to all the "hot places" like Dotonbori or Shisaibashi-suji. The beds are comfortable. The staff "try" to help as much as they can. The WI-Fi works well without any problems. Not much to complain about. A friend who stayed there said the hot spring on the top floor is great too.

About that bed... in the picture of the room, it clearly shows that they are 2 beds together. That's the reason I got that room plus the wide window view. The problem is the bed's wheels roll too easily a person could get hurt if they slept in the middle. I sorta fell through once. It would be nice if there was a break on those rollers. When I asked about it they just kept saying the same thing. So I offered to buy a stopper to put under the wheels. But they said I'm not allowed to attach anything there. Technically speaking that's not an attachment. Just putting something under it. You know, since I don't want to break my neck while I sleep.

It's a good hotel if you plan to be out and about a lot.

The hotel is conveniently located just a few blocks away from Dotonbori, and a walkable distance away from different subway stations, allowing for easy travel outside of the area as well. The staff are also kind and prompt to respond to our questions.

Because the hotel is large, there are many guests, so it becomes noisy as more people come back in for the night or use the elevator to access the spa at the top of the hotel.

Highly recommend

Our favourite hotel during our stay in Japan. The room was a great size and you get the best view of Osaka. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Just around the corner from Datonburi

The bathroom was on the smaller size even for a king size room.

A shining Shinjuku Hotel.

The hotel is in a great location,a perfect base for sightseeing. The beds were lovely and cosy.

This is a very busy hotel so doesn't have a personal touch but all the same it ticks all the boxes for what most tourists need. The buffet breakfast offers a vast selection although mainly for Asian taste buds! I'm not complaining tho' , I like to try different foods.

Not amazing, not terrible - very little personality but a great location.

Location is fantastic, right on the doorstep of the best part of Osaka. Its decently priced to be right downtown.

Though the décor seems newer, it was pretty beat up. Random stains on the hallway carpet as well as in the room on the couch.

Osaka amazing hotel

Amazing helping staff (international staff)all spoke perfect English that was really helpful, i lost my train ticket and the all really put in the effort to find it ,and called the metro and train station to find it, i am really thankful for them , breakfast was goed and the wellness eara was amazing ,hotels location was perfect everything was walking distance from highlights to metro .i would really recommend it.

All in all was very happy with our stay the beds were ok pillows good location great

Location was excellent if you like being near the action which we did. Loved being able to just walk to get dinner and not far from train lines, shopping etc. Rooms were very nice just very small. had a high room so a lovely view night or day. The onsence was very large with a pool inside and 1 outside if your into that.

The breakfast was very average for westerners with only scrambled eggs no bacon etc. No pancakes but does have muffins and croissants, toast cereal. The rooms are very small. instead of having 2 pools for the spa 1 would be better to be a pool to cool down during the hot weather.

Terrible hotel. Stay away.

Zero to like about the property other than the location.

Everything. Tiny room, fridge that didn’t work, charged an addition $150 on check in despite the booking fee stating all taxes and fees included in the final price, hard beds, and the main reason for our stay being the Skyspa not able to use by couples. Separated into male and female and required to be fully naked which is NOT specified in the ad ANYWHERE. Stay away.
