The Location was great. Lots of great walks.
I was a little disappointed that no initial wood was left for us to make a fire upon our arrival. And no welcome pack.

Lovely cottage in a great location. Only a short walk to the centre of Betws-Y-Coed. Had everything you needed in the kitchen for cooking. Nice big garden it the weather had been better. Lovely wood burner in the lounge and the place was really warm too.
Parking on the street just outside.

Overall a warm and comfortable cottage for winter weather.
Icy stairs. Weak shower and flush water pressure, No hot-cold water mixer. No tumble dryer.

The location was absolutely perfect, there’s shops, beautiful scenery and places to eat all just a short walk down the road. The garden was huge which was perfect for our two dogs, the garden was also safe for them to run up and down. It’s pet friendly! The host was very helpful and even let us in two hours earlier which was very helpful for us! The kitchen was very large and had all the things we needed to cook all our meals throughout our stay. The beds were comfortable and both rooms were very large, they had plenty of storage space and had plenty of plug sockets around the room which always helps! The entire cottage was large and had plenty of space to move around in with the two of us and our two dogs. It was very clean when we arrived, and was happy to see they supplied coffee, tea and sugar for us! Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely stay again!
This could be better if there were towels supplied, and a cozy blanket or couple pillows for the living room.

Location of the cottage was great just a short walk into the village. Host very helpful before arrival. Cottage is very well equipped with all basic needs. Central heating and log burner for those cold nights.
All good apart from the weather

Lovely cottage in a fantastic location, all the facilities you need while exploring North Wales.
Parking can be tight outside but this would not stop me from staying here again.

Fab location, very cosy cottage. Comfortable beds.
Good communication with the host.
Parking wasn't easy. I understand its 1st come 1st served .... but its a very busy town. Holyhead road is very busy as well. Driving up and down to find a parking wasn't ideal.

great location, rooms are a good size with a well equipped kitchen
although the cottage is pet friendly the garden isn’t secure at all so dogs had to be on leads when out there

The cottage was so Homely and the host had thought of everything.
We felt right at home from the minute we arrived. The kids loved exploring the garden. The location is superb . We spent our weekend exploring waterfalls and near by coasts. We would definitely go back and recommend to friends and family. And as mentioned in previous reviews the beds were so so comfy they were out of this world.

lovely and cosy and so near to the town for amenities/ shops etc.
Lovely garden, steep out to the forest.
On a main road and could not get parked to unpack or when loading. public drive fast on road and near a bend.

The steep and narrow stairs, no good when you are our ages.

location was perfect for trips out and walking into the village.
Bottle of Prosecco and minstrels were a really nice touch.
Small things was the amount of light switches and the hatch in the bedroom needs a padlock on it. ( Personal thing really )

the location was excellent , the cottage was perfect for our family , very neat and clean , cozy
washing machin wasnt working very well

Fabulous location for accessing all the main attractions of North Wales. Property very well located in village to get to main centre - pubs/restaurants, shops, walks. Main supermarket only 15-20mins drive.
Property well equipped and beautiful if rather steep garden
Looked a little tired - could do with some re-decoration, particularly in the bathroom. Lounge was dark - a little unavoidable given the property but could have done with being brighter in decor, furnishing etc

The location was great, the house was nice and clean, very tidy. Owners were really helpful and friendly. Good size house and good size rooms.
The living room was rather dark, a better lighting could do because it would feel a bit gloomy at times.

Great little cottage with welcoming hosts and good facilities
Local town seems to have got complacent as it gets lots of visitors so standards of service were poor

A little gem of a cottage, location was perfect for zip world.
Clean and cozy, its exactly what we needed after a busy day of adventures.
I would recommend to anyone who is visiting the area. Absolutely loved our stay here.
Parking is a little tricky outside but it wasn't really an issue.

Gorgeous location on the llugwy with easy access to Snowdonia and North Wales coast. If you want a bit of a more extensive grocery shop nip to llanwrst co-op. The log burner is a lovely touch in the front room and the kitchen and central heating and hot water were always toasty. In the summer that wonderful garden would come into its own.
Perhaps a blind on the kitchen window and the road facing window in back bedroom. Damp smell meant we didn't use clothes storage so much and bathroom decor could do with a touch up.
