The most central location in one of the most charming small towns in America can be your base camp for many adventures in Bryson City. This is Unit A, the apartment with street frontage. It has an enormous king bedroom with small kitchenette station, dining table, and large windows looking out to a setting that could be called Main Street USA for it's Norman Rockwell-esque setting. Cute shops, creative galleries, craft breweries, and charming restaurants are all just footsteps away. Unit A has a small kitchenette station with coffee maker, microwave oven, and dorm refridgerator. You may not need any of these with great options like Mountain Perks Coffee Shop or High Test Sandwich shop just a short walk away. The living room has a comfy sleeper-sofa and high-def TV service by DirecTV with plenty of channels, including premiums. A full bathroom includes hotel amenities and plush towels. The bed is super comfy with all cotton linens and high-quality pillows. The verandah porch is shared with Unit B, and there is one assigned parking space per unit just behind the building.
All bookings are subject to local restrictions in place at the time of the stay. We may not be allowed to accommodate all bookings that are made if local rules change after you make a booking. We make every effort to communicate current, local rules and any changes to them.

Apartment was clean and located in town. Made it very convenient . You could walk to everything. The only thing is there were no coffee cups, so we were unable to use coffee makers till we purchased cups. Bring your own cups. Everything else was great!

The Appartment was just great. The parking was not the best it was a bit sketchy at night. The curb appeal could make it so so much more desirable. The tree could be trimmed a couple of feet and all the ugly containers under the deck really looked bad.
We loved it and we know if these curb appeals were addressed it would be booked 100% of the time. The inside is really cute, clean, comfy and ver unique . It’s awesome .

We enjoyed our stay and the location was right in the middle of downtown Bryson City. We were concerned that the room might be noise at night because it was on the main road. However, this was not an issue at all and we enjoyed our stay as well as great sleep on the king sized bed.

A really neat place for a couple. It overlooks Everett Street with a very nice view of the visitor center that is decorated for Christmas right now. A nicely furnished one bedroom apartment that is cozy and located in walking distance of the train depot as well as great restaurants and shops. A little noisy from the street hustle but overall, a great place to stay. Our second stay here but definitely not our last. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay for the second straight year here.

We enjoyed our stay here.
I do feel it is important that the advertisement communicates the following notes.
That should be noted that if there are any mobility issues there are a lot two flights stairs up to the apartment. The tub is really deep can be tricky to get in and out of.
The exterior grounds up to the apartment were unkept and the parking lot was trashy.
I know it is shared but first impressions would put you off, with the debris and items scattered around the area. The bar next door patrons used the grounds around the base of the building as their smoking area which is a big turn off.
We would have enjoyed sitting on the porch but weren't going to sit in that nastiness.

4 nights 5 day trip.. We called for early check in.. that was approved for 3 pm instead of 5 pm. Lock code worked great, close to everything we needed and we could walk around town.

Perfect location, walk to everything in Bryson City including the train. Perfect place to stay during Christmas, the huge Christmas tree is right in front of the porch. Short drive to visit the Nantahala river.

The apartment was clean, well appointed and a wonderful location. You can walk anywhere in town from here and having the taproom next door was and added bonus. The parking is a little unsettling, the provided map was helpful but a little confusing about blocking the roll up door adjacent to the parking area. I would recommend adding a sign and description of the parking orientation (parallel to the building or at an angle, etc.). My only complaint is that we had an issue with the door lock, it could be unlocked without inputing a code but required the code to lock the door. I tried calling the property management company's emergency number and the VRBO contact number. I left messages with both numbers and did not receive a return call till nearly 10 am the next morning. We were not concerned for our safety during the night as Bryson City seems to be a quaint little town. I was mainly concerned with our belongs being in the apartment the next day while were were away. We had a full day planed for the following day and could not wait for an individual to show up probably mid morning to fix the lock. With a quick google search I figured out that the lock was installed incorrectly. Shortly before we needed to leave for the day and no response from the property management, within 3 min. I had fixed the lock and we could enjoy our day. Overall we would stay here again just the emergency communication could be improved.

Had a great time exploring Bryson City and surrounding area. This place was within walking distance to the train and everything downtown. Very nice newly renovated apartment. However we never could figure out which WiFi and the password that was given did not work on any that showed up. There is no designated parking spot you just park behind the unit and hope you don’t get towed or blocked in. Many other cars park here too. Bed also is very sneaky and makes noise every time you move. Might be the bed frame because the mattress is nice!
