Family Friendly. 4 blocks from the beach. Built in 1902 this Charming, fully renovated second floor Is available and is a condominium consisting of two floors, two full bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, spacious kitchen, breakfast nooks, full dining room, living with room, and cable television. This home comfortably provides space for 10 people. The landscape is charming with a fenced yard, outside grill, and an outside shower in the backyard. 4 bedrooms consists of; one master bedroom with king size bed boudoir and a single bed, 2 queen size beds, and 2 twin bunk beds. Fully loaded with linens, dishes, oven, microwave, standard coffee maker, electric stove top, refrigerator/freezer, laundry room with washer, and dryer all included. WIFI, two Televisions with basic cable, Netflix, and Amazon. 4-5 Beach badges included. One space for parking, one natural gas grill, yard, firepit, and one outside shower. Washer and dryer is available on the top floor. Shared: the yard, outside shower, and grill only.
We always take extra steps to ensure that the sanitization, disinfecting and cleaning is done thoroughly to prevent the spread of any virus or germs

We had a great time in Ocean City, the house was decorated for Christmas which was so kind. I had technical difficulties with the app that made it impossible to for me to connect with the owner. My chat didn't work. Not the owners fault at all. I would say we did not have enough toilet paper, dishwashing detergent or paper towels for our stay. Otherwise the house was stocked and perfect for what we needed.

This old Victorian has a lot of charm. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the location was terrific. This kitchen was one of the most well stocked kitchens we’ve ever seen for a rental. Loved the morning sun on the front porch. Nice big dining room table and additional seating in the breakfast room off the kitchen. Lots of nice touches and happy to have linens and towels included. Thanks for a lovely stay!

The pics do not do the property justice. It was just fantastic. The primary bedroom is wonderful, the walk in closet was a surprise. The grill worked perfectly, the fire pit was also great. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. The ACME was close. I wish we would have came a few weeks sooner as all of the boardwalk stores were not open when advertised. We took the liberty of loging out of all the streaming services left by previous guests. Maybe leave that reminder somewhere, or maybe it was written down but there were quite a few accounts that were still logged in. The range/oven could use an update but worked. The washer/dryer shook the entire house! Overall everything was great hopefully we will be back earlier in the summer next year as it rained everyday but Wednesday. Thank you for having us it was a much needed getaway back to the beach we took our boys to every summer for the 5 years we lived in Philly. Hope to see you soon

Since the pandemic, we travel with our dog. This is the best choice in Ocean City for bringing a dog. There's a fenced in yard, you're close to dog-friendly restaurants, a dog beach and parks. The place has everything we need and lots of room for the entire family.

Responsive host. Clean. Even though pet friendly, the place did not smell of dogs. It was 0.5 miles from the beach. Right next to the farmers market and a quick walk to the shops on Asbury. I suggest guests bring a blackout curtain with suction cups for the windows if you like a dark room for sleeping. We enjoyed our stay!

My family and dog enjoyed our stay at this well-maintained property. It was nice to be away from the craziness of OC but still in walking distance to shopping and food. We ran into an issue on our second day but the owner responded very quickly. It was fixed within an hour and in no fault to anyone. The prompt response was much appreciated and we enjoyed the rest of our stay. Thank you Grace, for the wonderful week!

The house is on a very pretty and quiet tree-lined street and was absolutely immaculate! Very well appointed with many amenities. We loved being so close to the main Asbury business district, but the walk to the beach was longer than expected (about 1/2 mile) so we ended up driving our heavy items down. Hard to find dog-friendly properties that are so well maintained and clean. All in all, we had a wonderful week.

We picked this property mostly because it was dog friendly, and it was. Could have been closer to the beach, but we knew that. Close to restaurants and shopping. Great porch. One room didn’t have bedding. Small dishwasher that sometimes seemed to leak. Overall, really liked the place.

My family and our friends had a wonderful stay in OCNJ! The house was neat as a pin and there was so much space for the four adults and four children-4 boys, ages 3-6. Great location-easy to walk to beach and boardwalk. Communication with Grace was easy and she was very responsive to our questions. We would definitely consider renting this property in the future!

We liked that there were plenty of beds and the kitchen had every supply imaginable. The property had pretty landscaping and there were places to sit outside … although the weather was treacherous, so we had to stay inside and play rainy day games for three days. We liked the fireplace. I recommend that they upgrade the window coverings. They spoiled the look of an otherwise nice place. .

Rented property for two nights in May. House is as described, photos are accurate. Lovely quiet neighborhood and landscaped yard. Unfortunately, The weather was ridiculously windy and I could not enjoy the beach or boardwalk. I would like to rent this house again in more favorable weather.

I was looking for a place to spend a much needed extended weekend with my children and found Grace's beautiful home on VRBO. It was just what we needed and more. The house was extremely clean, well appointed, and very comfortable! The fireplace was a bonus during a snowy/rainy weekend. I booked at the last minute, but Grace was on it! She contacted me immediately and there were no delays with check in or access to the house. It was a great experience all the way and definitely on my list of places to return to! Thanks Grace!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Grace's beautiful home. The house was spotlessly clean and very comfortable for us... two couples and two dogs. But it would be more than spacious for 9 people with many separate sitting areas and comfortable furniture. The location is perfect on a quiet residential street, but within walking distance to everything. It's three long blocks to the boardwalk. one block to shopping and there is a nice park half a block away for walking the dogs. Plus, the fenced yard was perfect for the dogs and we really enjoyed the spacious front porch with lots of comfortable furniture. We appreciated the great WIFI, provided linens and all the special little touches that the owner provides. We definitely plan to rent this home again!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed this property. We very much enjoying sipping coffee and reading on the porch in the morning and grilling in the backyard in the evening. The property itself was spotless and felt just like home. Will definitely be renting again in the future!
