Four bedroom, 3 full baths, including two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Perfect home for multiple families to enjoy a premium beach vacation. Living room has a game table! The huge vaulted ceiling open concept living room/kitchen area is great for family meals and spending time together. The home has a spacious main level deck for outdoor dining relaxing. The large, private roof deck is perfect for watching the sunset & sunrise and enjoying happy hour after a fun day on the beach. Two blocks to the boardwalk, Castaway Cove, amusements and beautiful Ocean City beaches. Less than 1 block from Starbucks and tons of restaurants and shopping. Park your car in the driveway all week and enjoy everything Ocean City has to offer.

Please note that our vacation home is smoke-free, is not handicap accessible and we do not allow pets. Absolutely NO Senior Week Rentals. We would love to have your family spend your summer vacation in our beautiful home.

I can’t say enough good things about our hosts and the property on Central Ave. Steve and Kim were very responsive from the initial booking and checked in on us during our stay. the house was exactly as represented. Extremely clean, well located 3 blocks from the beach. 8 beach tags and gear included. Will definitely rent from Heavenly Rez again. Thank you so much for helping us have an excellent vacation!

The house was wonderful - clean and well-maintained, with everything to make it feel like your home away from home. There was plenty of space for our group of 7 adults and teens. We loved that in a few shorts minutes, we could pack up the provided beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels, and walk to the beach. We would definitely love to come back and stay in this rental again!

It was quiet. Everything worked well. We we able to have family that live close by to come visit us. The only thing that would have helped is to have a light weight vaccuum cleaner. We made sure everything was clean. Any spices or oil we bought but didn't use all we left there. Hope that was ok. Nothing got broke and we did a check through and believe we did all you wanted done.

Our family has been coming to OCNJ for almost 50 years. This property was excellent for our needs with a good amount of space and within walking distance of the boardwalk/beach and great restaurants. The property owners were very accessible and the property was exactly as stated. I would absolutely come back in the years to come.

Towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and best of all… the beach cart… Avid beachgoers know they are the most important part of the trip, and were provided ‼️ ⛱️ loved an outdoor shower as always… Well appointed kitchen – had everything we needed (bring paper products as there may not be enough to get you started) Fabulous furniture inside and out and TVs everywhere… and of course great location ‼️ Thanks so much we will be back 😎

The house was super comfortable and spacious for a family of 5 with two grandparents! The location could not be beat and we could walk everywhere! The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. Very comfortable beds! We had a great stay.

Kim and Steve's house was a perfect choice for our family's stay in Ocean City. The location -- peaceful yet near the heart of the boardwalk and eminently walkable -- was exactly what we were hoping for. We particularly appreciated the large, round dining room table, the sheets and towels that were provided (a big plus for our out-of-state travelers), and the generous amount of beach equipment in the garage. Our arrival and departure were seamless and Kim and Steve made sure that we had everything we needed. We were very pleased to stay there.

Perfect choice for a memorable beach getaway! The beach and boardwalk were just a short walk away, making it ideal for young kids to enjoy without getting exhausted. The highlight of the property was undoubtedly the deck off of the living area, the perfect spot for relaxation after a long beach day. Additionally, the owner's excellent communication and attentiveness throughout our stay added an extra layer of satisfaction.

Fantastic location in Ocean City (very close to the beach, restaurants, coffee, etc.), street parking on Central Ave was readily available (and had driveway spots with the house), excellent bedrooms, balconies (rooftop especially), and common room / kitchen area, and easy drive or Uber to get to areas like Atlantic City to the north or Avalon to the south

You won't need your car at this location! Walking distance to shops on Asbury Avenue, the boardwalk, the beach, restaurants, etc....Excellent communication with the host = very attentive! Would definitely stay there again!

Property also under renovation. Walls were not painted, spackled. Spackle dust throughout. Homeowner sent her "sister " to drop off nonsense items such as games and a new knife block that could have waited until we checked out. Felt like they were " checking up " on us. Very strange!

Our group consisted of a grandma, 4 other adults, & 5 kids under 7. There was plenty of room for all of us. The kids loved the room with bunk beds, and the adults all had plenty of privacy & bathrooms. The living room was plenty large and we all ate together at the big, round dining table. The rooftop deck was great for watching fireworks & catching the ocean breezes. The BEST part was all of the amenities; 2 off-street parking places, bed linens & towels provided, washer & dryer, beach tags for 8!, beach caddies, even beach towels. And a short walk to both beach and boardwalk.

This was by far the best place we have stayed in after trying several the last few years. We had 10 people (2 families with young children and in-laws), which was the max. I was worried about space but there is SO much room in the main kitchen/family area. We loved that we could all fit around the huge round kitchen table. The amount of amenities included (sheets, towels, beach chairs) was rare, and made everything so much easier for our busy families. The only thing we had to do was enjoy our time there. Perfect location for my 8 and 4 year olds... right near all the boardwalk action, but not too close; so had some peace for the in-laws too. The property was also very clean and the manager was super organized with great communication. THANK YOU for the precious memories!!

We liked everything about this house and our experience staying there. It is a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. The house was clean and well appointed, and furnished more like a private home than a rental property. Amenities were generous, including plenty of beach chairs, a beach umbrella, two carts for hauling stuff back and forth from the beach, plus beach toys and high chair for our two infant granddaughters. The owners Steve and Kim were friendly, thorough, helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Superb location with church and boardwalk 3 blocks away and easy drive to reception in Linwood. When other family members came in, their first word was WOW! Great high-ceiling open living/dining/kitchen area with four nicely private bedrooms with baths. Great decks, garage, furnishings, amenities and, unlike many others, all linens included. I applaud my wife for shopping such a great home for our son's wedding and the owner for maintaining it so well. Highest recommendation.
