Charming beautifully remodeled first floor property in the heart of Ocean City has been upgraded and decorated to provide you with elegant accommodations for your time away. This beautiful historic 1902 property has been completely remodeled providing modern amenities while maintaining the charm of historic Ocean City. Location, location, location… you have it with this beach block condo which means you are a two minute walk to either the 11th or 12th Street beach and boardwalk. And just a three block walk has you on Asbury Avenue to enjoy the restaurants and shopping of downtown OC. A quick 20 minute drive has you in the heart of Atlantic City for outlet shopping by day and casinos and shows at night.

The beautifully decorated property has 3 bedrooms (2 queen, 1 bunk room with 2 sets of twin bunk beds, and a sleeper sofa) with 2 baths.

Extensive upgrades and beautiful decorating including hardwood floors, upgraded kitchen, and granite counter tops,. The Living room features a sofa, loveseat and chair for times of gathering or enjoying your favorite show or sporting event on the 42” LED TV. Outside you will enjoy a beautiful front porch featuring a casual seating sectional and chair where you can people watch, enjoy the sounds of the ocean waves crashing on the beach, and enjoy the beautiful lights from the boardwalk at night. A beach shower awaits you at the rear of the building for cleaning up after your time in the sun and sand. The are just a few of the comforts that await you.

Everything was great, from the minute we walked in to the ending of our vacation week. The house was clean, we emailed Scott a question and he promptly resolved the issue. Our family had an enjoyable time, and made many memories. Thank you for sharing your home with us :)

Great location. We walked everywhere! Condo was clean and had everything we needed; TV’s, coffee machines, and comfy beds. We would definitely choose this condo again.

Although we were not here on vacation, we found the location to be perfect! Literally across the street from the boardwalk with lots of shops/eateries and the beach. Check-in process was simple and the property was very clean. We found the hosts to be responsive and gracious during our short 3 day stay. We would definitely come back when we have more time to enjoy the area.

Close to the boardwalk and downtown shops. We parked our car and didn't drive it again until it was time to leave. The location is wonderful and the house is clean and organized.

Scott’s property was perfect for our needs. We were attending my daughter’s wedding at the Flanders Hotel, just across the street. My only suggestions would be to have the cleaning crew double check things like light bulbs that need replacing, squeaky doors, and supplies. We had to buy a hair dryer as the one in the condo was missing , and there were no tissues. My husband changed three lights bulbs, and greased doors. Overall, it was a very nice condo and Scott was easy to work with.

Lovely condo unit--very nicely furnished. Close to beach and boardwalk for the younger set who could walk around the corner for an ice cream cone after dinner or visit the arcade. Weather also happened to be spectacular. Close to everything--shops, restaurants, and the famous Bennie's. Stayed the weekend after Labor Day, and it was very pleasant--lots of businesses open if only for limited hours.

This home is right across the street from the boardwalk between 11th and 12th streets. Perfect location for our family as everything we wanted was a short distance away. The home was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with plates, glasses, pots, pans and small appliances to cook at home. The front porch was perfect for our group to sit outside and watch the fireworks for the fourth of July!

Stayed for 3 days between Christmas and New Years. The town was quiet but it was lovely to walk the beach and boards, see Asbury all decorated and just spend time together. Property was clean, kitchen was well stocked beds were comfy. Great location too.

The property is well decorated inside but I would not recommend going after summer time. It is very close to the boardwalk which is a big plus. On the downside during my stay I had a random guy knock on my door and state he was a property inspector and tried to get into the unit. After talking with the police he was NOT a property inspector and the police had to check in with me all week to make sure I was safe. Very unsettling. I asked the owner for my money back because I wanted to go home but he wouldn’t give me my money back so I felt forced to stay. I had to end up asking my boyfriend to take off work for the rest of the week so I could stay and feel safe. The bathroom had black/brown mold in the tub and dust laying on the floors when I came in. Otherwise the property was clean and it was an okay stay.

Scott’s rental is beautiful and so clean. The location can’t be beat. Close to boardwalk and the Main Street with shopping. We were able to enjoy a walk on the boardwalk even though it was a little chilly. Scott was also very responsive when we had questions. We would definitely rent there again.

Can't say enough good things about this property. The location is fantastic; super convenient to the boardwalk and the beach. Parking is easy. The house itself is spacious, updated, and clean. We didn't need many of the amenities that the kitchen offered, but it certainly was well stocked. The front porch is great in the evening and while we were there during a quieter time during the fall, it would make for a nice retreat during the busier summer season. The details offered by the owner really answer any question that you could have. We're already looking to book next year!

Very nice home literally located across the street from the boardwalk and beach. Surrounding towns are close by for dining and really close to Atlantic City. Very cozy and quiet which was nice! We booked it for a long wedding weekend for our friend who was getting married. My kids loved it! Especially because if the bunk beds...the good thing about it to was that each bedroom had a TV and if you have kids you know u need those TVs Especially for us because we enjoy laying in bed watching movies...overall place was nice and clean...I would recommend bringing your comforters and pillows they don't supply linens or towels but they do have pillows and comforters but I'm i prefer using my own stuff! They do have a company that u can't rent towels and linens from as well..place was fully equipped with kitchen stuff for cooking etc...Scott was very nice and very attentive when it came to asking questions or help? Would definitely rent from them again!

We had an amazing time. The owner of the property was extremely organized, communication was great, and the property was as advertised. The location was wonderful and the rooms were mostly spacious with the exception of the back room, which lacked a bedside table to place your phone/water/etc.. I feel strongly that a few amenities lacked and should be considered to be added like bath mats and kitchen hand towels even in COViD times to increase the convenience for guests. In addition, there were a few cleaning issues that could remedied if checked over (crumbs in pull out sofa/leftover coffee in pot from prior guests). In addition, I will second a few things mentioned in past reviews that we were aware of like the slow wifi and also the tankless hot water, which would go out for 1-2 minutes then come back if you weren't first shower of the group, but it didn't bother us a ton. It is worth mentioning the hall queen bedroom door sticks quite a bit scraping floor and there is a weird whirring sound that appears to start up in the hall coming from the mechanical maybe. We also had some pretty loud overhead guests so be mindful this is a second floor rental unit with about 3 floors above. Overall, it is a great spot and comfortable for families of 8 or so I would recommend this as a stay.
