About this house rental

This is a 3 Bedroom, 1000+ sf keyless entry home with 3/4 of an acre fenced in yard. It is less than a mile from Scott Stadium and 29, but in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It is fully furnished including a grill and patio furniture and an exercise bike. We are within walking distance of O Hill bike/ walking trail which is dog friendly. We are pet friendly.
This house is located near the bus line, but Uber is also an easy call. Restaurants and Dürty Nelly's is within walking distance, but the kitchen is fully furnished and grocery stores are close.

It would have been more comfortable with a few lounge chairs to accompany the love seat size sofa. Otherwise, it met my expectations and would recommend. It's not set up for spending time at the house which worked out for our busy weekend

A good little spot for a couple nights stay. Only gave 4 star on property condition as it is an older home versus a new reno rental (note: still an excellent rental). Host was excellent with any communication we had. I drive a full size truck and the driveway easily could hold another two vehicles. The kitchen is fully stocked and you shouldn't have any problems preparing meals during your stay. Overall, great convenient spot.

To begin with, both exterior doors were very difficult to open and secure at night. Back yard was not conducive for animals. No electrical outlets in either bathroom Full bath ceiling began leaking as we got up this morning??? Watching television is a nightmare.. no one process just to watch regular TV!

Even though this is an older home, it was very clean and everything worked perfectly. We especially appreciated the breakfast items (I was delighted to see the Keurig machine and a selection of K-cups provided!), children's books, and a few toys provided. The instructions for where to find things were spot on. We could not find a can opener or a 13x9 baking dish when we wanted to bake something for supper, but other than that we had everything (utensils and cookware wise) we needed to do our own meals. The location was easy to find, and very close to highway access. When we visit Charlottesville again, this will definitely be at the top of our list of places to look into.
