Large clean room close to the beach
Never return our change even though he said will return our change same or next day when we left we don’t see him
Far from market only one restaurant close and if you want breakfast at the place it is cheaper in the restaurant

Een zeer vriendelijke eigenaar die ervan geniet om gasten te ontvangen en hen te helpen. Het verblijf ligt dichtbij het strand, top! De locatie is prachtig en ontspannen, super verblijf!

The property was an easy 1 minute walk to the beach perfect for morning swims. We liked that it had a water filter and a great kitchen to cook in.
The shower didn’t work, we mainly had to use the outdoor shower. We hardly got a greeting from the owner or employee as there was no introduction just straight to asking for the payment. It says breakfast can be provided however there was no information on this when we got there and didn’t know how to order it or with whom. The fan hardly worked and stayed on a consistent low speed providing us with no relief from the heat. Wifi wasn’t reliable as it consistently cut in and out.

Very close to the beach, and super nice balcony. And the Host Rafa is super nice and helpful!
There was construction next door which was very loud in the morning (but of course not mola mola’s fault).

A really lovely stay, in a beautiful clean studio style apartment! Everything we needed to cook, and a lovely terrace. Rafael (and the cats) were great hosts, with amazing communication helping with everything we needed! We recommend this to anyone!

Kind and helpful staff, nice breakfast incl. coffee for 6$. Nice bed and good view form the top room. Clean. very close to the Beach a good surf School next door.
during our two nights stay we had power and water cut most of the nights and morning. No telephone signal (with Claro) in that area.
Even though hotel was nice it was a 20 min walk from the few restaurants and shops in the area.
no functional curtains at the room…. and very loud due to the wind.

everything! the place is amazing, Rafa is so nice and helpful and the bed is super comfortable and all is very clean and well kept!
the only potential con is that it’s a track to the surf spots so limited options for beginners to get organized.

We intended to stay for three nights but extended got two more because we liked it so much. Mola Mola offers 3 rooms build in and around former containers and is on one hand minimalistic (in a positive sense) and also stylish on the other. There is many small practical and stylish details that make your stay special, like the surf board stand in the room, little plants or the Scandinavian style chair on the veranda.
The owner, Raffa, is himself a surfer and was so kind to show and take our daughter to top and some secret surf spots, which was highly appreciated by her (but also by the parents). Raff knows everyone in town and showed us around, like the fantastic Wednesday dinner at Wayuu. We enjoyed our stay very much, and Mola Mola became one of our Nicaragua highlights.
We came in the ring season and we’re in the end a bit unlucky with the weather; not sure we can blame anyone for that.

Really nice property, clean and very friendly, helped us book surf lessons and advised us where to go for dinner each night
Not the properties fault but bring mosquito repellant and cash

Rafa is the best host one can wish for. Be nice to him and he wilö maybe even show you some secret surfspots in the area ;)
The place is nice and tidy, kitchen is well equipped (own smoothie maker is a big plus) and the moskito nets were well appreciated as those little mondters can get aggressive in the evening.
Would come again!
Make sure to bring some groceries as the next mini market is a 15 minute walk and they dont have everything. Bring moskito repellent!

Mola Mola is a lovely place to stay! Rafa is an excellent host - very friendly, super responsive, helped us with everything we needed. The vibe is nice and chill. Easy to have privacy and peace & quiet, but also nice to hang in the common spaces with the other guests. The breakfasts by Marisol were excellent. Location is right on the beach (Guasacate) in a nice quiet area. We worked remote and wifi was reliable, but next time we are coming to do the full surf camp (no working, and trips to different breaks with Rafa!)

Very clean. Great kitchen. Amazing
Host. Raffa is the best.
We could see and hear the ocean from the deck, which was also a great yoga spot. Great value.
It was great. I would have been happy to pay a little more for AC and recycling.

nice and quite. My room had kitchen which was well equipped. Interesting concept two building built out of containers. Quite well done. nice garden area.
When I used Booking.com to rent this spot they said there was a bar and restaurant. So it was okay to be out of the village. The bar and restaurant did not exist at this time. Screens on windows in disarray. lucky I carry tape. Half inch gab all the way around entrance door. I offered to fix screens. The staff girl told me she would have a guy there that day. Never happened. Not unusual I guess.

We loved the place! Super close to the beach, very quiet (exactly what we needed) and we felt very safe. The room was perfect for two, very clean and comfortable. The outside terrace is the perfect place to read a good book. The owner was super helpful and answered all our questions very fast through Whatsapp. The woman that was managing the property was also super nice. :) We would come back in a heartbeat!
