Lovely BnB which made us feel so welcome

We were flabbergasted by the hospitality and by how lovely the bedroom and the bathroom were set up. Ken and Jaquilen welcomed us warmly and did absolutely everything to make us feel comfortable (they even dried our soaking wet clothes!)

A wonderful home away from home stay with outstanding attention to detail and a fantastic breakfast!

We had a wonderful stay at Prestbury Bnb, our hosts were lovely and couldn't do enough, and the attention to detail in the room was outstanding, with little home comforts provided at every turn, from bathroom bits to mini eggs, as well as air con in the room which was very appreciated. The room was spotless and the bathroom lovely, with a huge shower. The breakfast was outstanding, best I've ever had whilst staying at a bnb or hotel, with a huge range to choose from and all made to order in a private dining room. The hosts have gone out of their way to make the Prestbury feel like a home away from home, rather than a hotel or more anonymous guesthouse, and it made for a wonderful experience. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Salisbury.

Great B&B close to the city center cared with detail.

Really worth it! The proprietors were absolutely nice and serve a terrific breakfast. All facilities you can imagine left with detail. It was close to the city center.

I traveled with a friend and the double bed was a bit narrow, so I think that if you travel in couple fits better.

Breakfast was delicious and had lots of options. Our room was thoughtfully designed and equipped with everything and more that we could possibly want. Our hosts were very kind and accommodating. Parking was easy and convenient. Would definitely return and recommend!

The hosts were lovely: friendly and very helpful. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast and were impressed by the quality and range of food on offer. The room was immaculate and well stocked with drinks and some snacks. Highly recommended.

Lovely hosts!

Breakfasts were delicious. There was an abundance of fresh fruit, yogurt and cereals. Jaquie whipped up delicious eggs and bacon with tomatoes and mushrooms. Both she and Ken were welcoming, kind and helpful. There is no lift in this small venue and Jacquie graciously carried my bag up the two flights of stairs for me. She also went out of her way to drive me to the train station. Her thoughtfulness and extra help deserve an extra star!

The only issue I had was that my room, though well appointed and immaculate, was noisy with street traffic. Jacquie was kind enough to give me a fan to circulate the air and help cover the noise. It helped a lot.

Luxurious boutique hotel room and breakfast in a B&B

The room was very impressive. There were so many extras I was still finding new ones on the morning I left. Both shower and breakfast were excellent. The breakfast table had an extravagant spread and I had it all to myself. The hosts were kind, helpful and assertive about helping me around town.

There was a very minor sound isolation issue. I could hear doors closing outside my room. It didn't affect my stay.

Exceptional

Jacqui and Ken were first class hosts who could not have done more to make us feel welcome and comfortable in their home. Our room was of the highest standard of cleanliness and everything you could want was provided. Jacqui’s breakfasts were delicious and we especially enjoyed all the fresh fruit that was beautifully prepared each morning. Should we find ourselves in Salisbury again it would be Jacqui and Ken with whom we would choose to stay.

highly recommend

We had the best stay. The hosts were super friendly and ensured that we had everything we needed and that we were comfortable. The room was great and had absolutely everything you could need. No detail was left out and the bathroom was supplied with many toiletries. We have absolutely no complaints and had a very enjoyable stay. The breakfast was fantastic and we enjoyed the small balcony in our room to sit after a day of sightseeing. They have recently installed an AC unit for hot days.

Best B&B we have ever stayed in.

The accommodation was spotless. The hosts were perfect, they could not do enough for you. The breakfast was the best breakfast we have had in the UK, so much choice and a fabulous assortment of fresh fruit. The location is perfect too, a very leisurely stroll into the City. I would not hesitate in recommending the B&B. Even had white robes in the wardrobe, only ever had this in 4/5 star hotels. Also provided a coffee maker and mini fridge. This B&B is a must. Thank you Jacqi and Ken for making our stay perfect.

I’m so impressed with this B&B!! I would definitely recommend.

I’m so impressed with this B&B!! The hosts were so lovely, the property was so clean and well presented, the parking was at no extra cost, it was literally a 5 minute walk (if that) to the centre of Salisbury and the breakfast the next day was honestly incredible - 10/10! We were given a breakfast/hot food menu to choose from but there was also a selection of cereals, yoghurts, orange/apple juice and a beautiful selection of fresh fruit. The room literally had everything you may need, the hosts were super relaxed about as/when you return back to the property and they were just all round such nice people. I paid directly via Booking.com but they have a card machine you can use, along with a load of useful maps and recommendations of where to go/what to see etc. I’m terms of the cost, I think this was really good too as you get so much for your money. I would absolutely recommend this property!

It was a tad noisy at night with the bus depot near the back of the property, but we probably should have just closed the windows and it wouldn’t have been a problem.

Cannot fault this fantastic B and B

Friendly hosts, amazing range of food for breakfast, beautifully designed and immaculate bedroom and en suite. Bathroom fully equipped with everything you could need if you'd forgotten your own! Little fridge with milk and water ready for use along with tea and coffee, really great. Perfectly situated to walk into town.

Bed a little too hard for me unfortunately but my husband liked it, so it's personal choice. The quality of the bed, mattress and bedding is superb.

Perfect. I would highly recommend this B&B. I would definitely stay again.

The Hosts Jaquilen and Ken were friendly, welcoming and accommodating, helping with suggestions for places to eat and visit. The location was perfect, only a short walk into the centre of the city. The parking was very useful. The breakfast was generous and cooked to perfection. There was plenty of variety. The fresh fruit platter was particularly delicious. The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped, with a small fridge and excellent TV package.

The room was very clean and comfortable. It was fresh and modern and felt luxurious.

It felt like you were staying in someone’s home rather than a hotel and the room was at the top of the house. You had to walk up 2 flights of stairs to reach the room. We stayed on one of the coldest nights of the year and the heating wasn’t on in the evening. We felt very cold and had to find the owners to ask them to put the heating on.

Exceptionally neat and clean, and very well stocked room. The hosts were absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to assist, including booking reservations at restaurants and holding our luggage while we went out. Beautiful and delicious breakfast!
