Clean, conveniently located apartment with lovely host.

Visited Salisbury for a G4 concert. Proximity to station, shops, pubs, and cathedral was amazing. Despite the bedrooms facing the railway line, the insulation from the windows was excellent and quiet. The apartment was spotless and well equipped with a huge fridge and freezer. Friendly host. It's probably the cleanest rental ever.

No negative comments. Everything was great. Recommendation to host - Install a small shelf in the shower to put soap and shampoo.

Lovely, comfortable, clean, well-equipped apartment close to amenities and Salisbury city centre

Great communication from the owner and the apartment was ideal for two couples. A bonus to have a dedicated parking space and lift up to the flat on the first floor. It felt warm and cosy on arrival, very clean and comfortable and a super, handy location to the City. Local coffee shop for breakfast and a convenience store over the road which was perfect for our short stay.

There are no windows to open in the bedrooms so they became a little stuffy.No shower screen/ curtain in the main bathroom.

Fabulous

This is a real find! The flat is perfect for a city break exploring Salisbury. It's a very easy walk into the town. Parking is always an issue for us but no trouble at all here as the flat has a private parking space. Having two double bedrooms and two bathrooms was perfect for us (my Mum was travelling with us). My husband is sick so having a lift made his life easier. Everything was very clean and the building well kept.

My only comments would be to improve the kitchen equipment (there is a wooden bread board for example but no chopping boards for meat or veg). My universal comment wherever we stay is the lack of a mirror by an electrical socket. It's so obviously needed for a hair dryer but hosts rarely seem to think of it!

A very comfortable and spacious apartment, superbly situated.

The location was excellent; the beds were comfy; the supplies in the fridge were an unexpected bonus! Directions were really helpful, as was being able to check in slightly early. Very good wifi signal. Overall, just a fantastic find and we hope to come back!

Revisiting a city i lived in 40years ago.

The location is perfect, being very close to everything. Private parking was very welcome. The complimentary drinks etc was very thoughtful of the owner. An incredibly clean apartment, very quiet neighbors as well. Even though the apartment is right next to a train track there really wasn't very much noise! I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the city!

Booking a few more days would have made this trip more relaxing as we crammed so much into the time we had. I really can't find fault with anything at all.

The apartment had those plug in things which do not smell nice….plus the bedding had been put through some awful conditioner…. I am asmatic …. So I slept on the sofa with the lounge window and kitchen window open….please change your conditioner and loose the plug in things….. we want to come back to Salisbury…. But I could not breath…

Good apartment in an excellent location

The apartment was clean and spacious and a parking space was a bonus. The location was perfect as it was within easy walking distance to the centre of Sailsbury. The owner answered queries immediately.

The trains running right past the bedroom windows were a surprise, but didn't bother us to any great extent and wouldn't stop us booking again. A hairdryer in each bedroom would have been nice.

Very enjoyable would return to Salisbury and the apartment (hopefully the main bathroom improved)

location was excellent, real bonus to have parking, clean well presented accommodation. Kitchen was well equipped and the wine, beer and soft drinks were much appreciated.

The double bed in the main bedroom was very creaky and felt abit rickety. One tap on the bath in the house bathroom did not work and the toilet was continually running.

Good apartment but could be great with a few improvements for customer experience.

Great location and the property was spacious. we were 2 couples and it was good having 2 bathrooms. Parking in a private spot right out the front was perfect.

Needs proper curtains in the bedroom or blinds. The rooms also get a bit hot as the windows don’t open. Mattresses also felt a bit cheap and could feel the springs which was disappointing.

We loved this apartment. It was spacious, near to the shops, well equipped, very clean and had free parking. The towels were so soft and the bed linen smelt beautiful. Once we worked out that the boiler can actually be turned completely off then we were able to regulate the temperature (as even at the lowest thermostat setting it was still too warm for us). The basket of toys proved a great hit with the little one! Great communication from the owner who, although in Australia at the time of our visit, couldn’t do enough to help sort out an issue

only niggles- nothing major…… The kitchen cupboards were so high that us shorties couldn’t reach the glasses! Bath towels were rather small.

The apartment was a little overwarm. Would have liked to open the window in the bathroom at night but then you heard the trains.
