Carlo was very friendly and helpful host, the loft was really nice with a peaceful view of the surrounding blocks and gardens. Air condition was a must during the summer days. Bathroom, breakfast, location of the house is great!

Carlo was an excellent host who made us feel at home. Breakfast was excellent served on a beautiful
terrace which was surrounded by lovely flowerpots and a rose hedge along the length of the garden.
The superb room was comfortable and clean with a beautiful view from an outside seating area. Highly recommended.

We spent 2 nights in July 2022 at B&B Vicenza San Rocco, and we really enjoyed our stay there. Our host was really welcoming and helpful, he gave us a short overview of nice places to visit and advised us for restaurants, etc.
The house is really charming and arranged with a genuine style. Its back is oriented toward the gardens of the city block, from where a peaceful and quiet atmosphere emerges. It was really hot outside when we were there, but the house remained cool, and air conditioning was there in case of need.
The breakfast was really copious with a lot of choice, fruits, etc. But mostly we had it on the terrace over the house's garden.
We would warmly recommend this place and thank Carlo for his hospitality.

The property was ideally located in the old part of Vicenza, quiet yet close to the city enter. The host provided a wonderful breakfast on the terrace.
Shower was small but manageable. Be aware that some room outlets are switched.

Great host. Perfect location and generous breakfast on the beautiful terrace. Carlos even let us in really early after a thunderstorm! A comfortable stay in a beautiful home!
Nothing really. The shower wouldn't drain, but otherwise its a gem.

Tons of authentic character, a view into traditional artistic life in the city. Beautiful back gardens and view of the neighboring yards. Great breakfast on a beautiful terrace.
I'm 73 so stairs were just a little challenging.

We liked everything
Owners created a comfortable beautiful B&B in an antique mansion. Nicely furnished guest rooms have good modern facilities and a beautiful balcony.
Very good breakfast is served by host Carlo according to guest's wishes. Great coffee!
Apartment is just 8 minutes from Corso Andrea Palladio with all its churches, palaces , museums. Vicenza is incredible - reach history, treasure of numerous paintings by Veronese, Tiepolo, Tintoretto, Montagna. No crowds.
Its Teatro Olimpico is a marvel.
Margherita and Carlo, grazie i applausi!

The place is run by the owner Carlo, he is super nice and helpful. My room had an awesome comfortable twin bed. It was cosy, way cosier then in chain hotels. Also my room had a balcony with chairs, table and awesome view.
There was everything I needed, including paper towels (crucial when use lenses) and tablets against mosquitoes.
Carlo prepared breakfast in time that suited me. Meal was very tasty, nurturous and the terrace was picturesque.
B&B is situated couple of minutes from touristy area, only 15 minutes to railway station, and just half an hour walk to Palladio's villas outside Vicenza. However that particular street is quiet.

I was so happy I had chose this place (after a long search), its wonderful! I had the room with the large terrace and it couldn't be better. Such a beautiful view and the room is very comfortable with books and nice chairs and a great bathroom with everything you need. Carlo, the owner, is a very nice man, who makes a lovely breakfast on the balcony one floor below and with whom its really great to talk to, he helps you with everything and responds very quick (I reserved very late). I also loved this part of the centre, with lovely bars and restaurants and super nice little stores. Highly recommended!!
I would have loved to stay the whole week but unfortunately they were already expecting other guests

The building and the room itself were really cozy and furnished with a lovely taste. Air conditioner was a life saver. And our view from our own attic balcony was charming! Perfect place for enjoying Prosecco in the evening.
Breakfasts on the open balcony were tasty and fulfilling.
Our host, Carlo, is very nice.
Highly recommended!!!

We felt an especially warm, friendly atmosphere. Carlo and his family bent over backwards to orient us to Vicenza, to provide useful tips and suggestions as to what to see and where to eat and how best to move around. They are marvelous hosts and we have never had better. The breakfast was served with style and taste with a great view of the the garden in the historic center. We met other travelers, shared good times around Carlo's table but we also felt we could enjoy our privacy, time and cozy space and just be at ease.
