Good location, perfect for my stay

Location, clean, comfortable, parking, friendly polite staff

Sadly some guests inconsiderate to others when slamming of doors, or chatting loudly. Room next to reception, so conversations can be heard.

Lovely place

The staff were very helpful and lovely. They were amazing that night when we had a problem with the door not opening into the bedroom.We Manage to get into the room after few bangs and kicking haha. They put me into a differnt room. The room was clean and very cosy bed. The hotel is well maintained and so warm. I can't fault this place I will definitely be back. 😊.

Only nag no breakfast. Must be a good reason for not providing it.

Comfortable and Welcoming

Marie was a really fantastic host. Friendly and accommodating. I’ve just relocated to the Bournemouth and needed somewhere to stay until I could move into my flat. It had all I needed it terms of comfort

I feel there should perhaps be a bed and breakfast option and maybe drinks facilities.

Refreshing break.

The hotel was a peaceful place to stay. Owner made me feel welcome on arrival and throughout my stay. You are in easy reach here of pubs, cafes and restaurants as well as some big shops around a ten minute walk. Added to that the beach isn’t too far away. Parking was included.

Elegant place close to Bournemouth centre

Elegant bed and breakfast at an old house, at the centre of Bournemouth, within 15'-20' walk to the waterfront. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Free parking. Cosy pub just at the next corner.

What a lovely place to stay . Travelled down here for a wedding and the location was excellent. My room was of a good size, looking out into the rear garden , clean , comfortable bed and with a great shower. The breakfast was continental and with a good choice of things . I would definitely return to this hotel

The hotel,staff,facilities were excellent we will be going back again.

Warm and friendly welcome from all. Good size room that was spotless and cleaned daily. Extras added (Not by request) a great fridge that was silent and a great fan. Advice on where to eat out that was fantastic we couldn’t ask for more.

Nothing to dislike here.

Perfect weekend stay

Excellent location. Property beautifully maintained and decorated. Exceptionally clean room booked a small double was lovely with two big windows. Got free parking but was a little bit tight.

Very comfortable bed. Nice touch having water, tea and biscuits replenished daily.

Room 24 is next to the office so we were woken really early each day by the noise.

Good location nice place shame about soundproofing thin walls dividing bathrooms.
