The bathrooms were really new and kept clean. The hang out area was comfy and central. Big TV with Netflix.

Location

Close enough to center to walk to the shops on foot. I met some nice people there.
There were ants in the kitchen.
2.0
Price, location.
Quite run down. Incredibly uncomfortable bed. Paper thin walls.
3.5
Great location, standard backpacker dorms. Kitchen tidy and well equiped.
Outdoor areas were dirty, lots of dead plants, junk, litter, damaged furniture etc. Showers had poor water pressure. Having some bins outside might help guests keep it tidy.

really clean throughout the duration of my stay. bed was comfy and had large luggage locker to store everything away. kitchen was well equipped
found it weird how rooms didn’t have keys or keycards and could just be opened. the large lockers meant I wasn’t worried about it but something that surprised me

Parking option
Lots of red flags with this hostel.
Firstly great communication leading up to my stay. Chose this location based on parking options and labelled Travel sustainably. On check-in, no key was offered to the dorm room and was stated no one has a key to their rooms (first red flag)
The bathrooms were not clean, and men doing drugs in the female bathroom. A loud vibrating noise right outside the room (I am a great sleeper, so not being able to sleep was concerning). Rooms not clean, stains on the bed and fans not dusted in years. Stayed 2 nights, informed the manager I didn't feel comfortable or felt safe in the hostel and asked for a refund for my remaining nights as I didn't feel safe staying there. Was not offered any comfort or assistance. I chose to leave. Wasn't allowed my deposit or my car parking refunded. The location is great, this place has lots of potential, but sadly really bad management. I checked out Sunday 26th February. I would just like to be refunded from Sunday 26th February to 1st of March which is the remainder of my stay also the parking for those nights and my deposit returned.

Comfy enough and good location..
Some rude guests. No consequences for people breaking the kitchen or no noise after 11pm rules. Half showers not actually working properly. Noisy and thin walls. Receptions rarely occupied so difficult for most people checking in.

Fernando was always helpful with everything and overall was clean
- Bed was really squeaky
- Only one port near the bottom bunk so the top person has to leave their phone on the floor
- Every person that I spoke that checked in after hours was not told the code for the outside gate so would be stuck there until someone let them in
- Needs an overall revamp
- No hooks in the bathrooms or the bedrooms

can leave stuff and luggage at storage
that is free and kindly staff and cleaning area
need more storage room area [place]( too many stuff and luggage )
We pay the same, but we don't have enough space in the fridge and no cabinets for groceries
It was hard to sleep because they had a party late until over midnight
when I was staying
